North Shore Motorcycles

My brother-​in-​law bought a used Harley from this shop 6 weeks ago. When we went to pick it up, we spent 45 minutes waiting because they could not get the license plate on, then said the brake light was out and they had no replacement bulbs. We had to return home, 45 minutes away, and return another day. Now, after light use over only 6 weeks, the motorcycle does not run. The shop will not stand behind their sale, and stated «It was fine when it was here» I would expect some warranty when making such a large purchase. We are very disappointed at the lack of customer service provided.

I bought a used Motorcycle from Dave at North Shore, and this guy is great. He sells a lot of used bikes on ebay and craigslist. That’s how I found this place. He really made the experience a good one. He goes out of his way to please the customer. The prices on used bikes are hard to beat.
They have a full service area with certified Harley mechanics. They do full custom builds, frame up. They also will order and install any part that you want from places like Drag Specialties.
No lip service from the shop either. If you drop your bike off for work, it’s ready when they tell you it will be. They did same day work for me. How awesome. They’re open most days too. Very cool people, and good experiences there, highly recommended.
