DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I GOT BURNT!!! I ordered a 30 person party bus 2 months ago. It was mandatory that the bus had to have seat belts because we have young children that have to sit in car seats. That said, yeah buddy no problem. I got seat belts no problem. WELL… GUESS WHAT FOLKS no seat belts!!! thank god I called 2 days b4 to confirm the bus, not them calling me by the way. I called them and the owner MIke said sorry buddy we don’t have seat belts. So another company saved the day and got me a party bus with SEATBELTS!!! thank god!!!

I completely agree with Charles here. Their service was one of the worst i have ever experienced to date. I would give them 0 stars as well and wish the owner would give us a call so we can explain our poor experience directly to him. I would strongly suggest that you NEVER CHOOSE this Company for any of your needs. Our main issues are below:
1) They were 45 minutes late — they blamed traffic, but a terrible excuse given the technology we have this day, and they should have planned to be there early anyway — our entire wedding ceremony was pushed back 20 minutes as a result of this
2) The driver almost got in a wreck — claimed someone cut him off, not sure if this was the case or driver negligence — either way, the 8 guys in the limo were jammed against the front window, with one of the guy suffering a gash to his head and was bleeding, remind you this was all on the way to the church

If I could give no stars I could. I ordered a extra limo for the parents for my wedding and they forgot to add it. No contract just worked off a handshake. Was a referral from a client. Never dealt with the owner but when I called to try and tell them they messed up they didn’t let me talk. Instead they just blamed me. Good price but that’s it.
