In the moving industry for over 15 years, I have started from the bottom as a mover, and worked my way up the chain of command, to now the owner of a reputable moving company.
For me, moving is an art. Anyone can be a mover, but only a few can truly make moving look effortless. As a person who strives for perfection, I train all my employees to be the best and teach them to enjoy what they do. I get them to see how doing a good job for a customer is self-gratifying and can really make a difference in the eyes of any customer.
One strong belief of mine is that in order to be successful, you must stand out above the competition. In this very cut-throat and competitive industry, customer service is key and my companies primary focus. A moving company can have all the bells and whistles, a fleet of trucks, large moving staff, fancy and expensive advertising, however, without good customer service, all that will be short-lived.
