Great place!!! My only complaint would be to put the sauce in a container on the side for to go orders. The past two orders have leaked on my seats.

Terrible service EVERY single time. Food is okay. Prices good. I wouldn’t bother with anything other than pizza and sandwiches. Leave the specialty dishes to the higher end restaurants. I once paid $ 16.95 for basic chicken marsala that tasted like bland liver. It’s a shame because it always had potential. After 12 years of living here and visiting for parties and when desperate for kid food, I’m almost always disappointed. Truly the service is the biggest negative.

We hadn’t been to Giuseppe’s in years due to several less than desirable visits in the past with poorly executed pasta dishes(hard I know) and less than stellar service. Well after four or five years we were in the area and at the very least one of the two issues has been fixed. Seating was seat yourself as it was mid-afternoon on a Saturday with only three other tables occupied in the restaurant. Even with that level of «busy» it still look quite some time for our drink order to be taken. Eventually we got that squared away and ordered. So far so good although we could have used a drink refill during the time we were waiting but of course you can’t get a refill when your server does a David Copperfield until it was time for the food to come out. The food itself was better than the past with one exception. The children shared a personal pizza which was more than enough for them and it was solid. My baked penne was very good with a lot of cheese and temperature wise it was perfectly ready to eat as soon as it hit the table so A+ on that one. The lovely wife ordered vegetable lasagna yet of course they brought out regular lasagna instead. Our server was less than apologetic about either her mistake or the kitchen’s mistake and while she offered to correct the mistake for the actual dish ordered, she said it would be a twenty plus minute wait. No thanks, we’ll make due. I must say that the quality of the food was much better than I remembered it from years past and the prices are not crazy considering the area that you’re in but the service still leaves a lot to be desired as seemingly everyone likes to hang out at the front counter and talk versus actually checking in on tables in a timely manner. We’ll never be a regular here but I suppose every so often might be good enough. (Also as a tip, try not to have to make a left turn onto York Road unless you’ve got 10 – 15 minutes of free time or you like causing near homicides from just pulling out into traffic.)

Great pizza. Greek salad is a nice compliment to the pizza. Wonderful service and great value.

5 stars for New Hope family Italian pizza joint. The service is friendly and fast with attention to children. The pizza is some of the best around. There crust is soft and chewy inside with a crisp crunch outside. Reminiscent of NYC but a lot friendlier. The mild wings are big and juicy perfect for the kids with a little more heat than they are used to eating. I can’t wait to go back and try their pasta dishes. The toppings are plentiful with some great options like Grandma style. My family and I plan to be regulars. The price of beers aren’t bad either.

We use to like the place. Good food and good price(interior needs a lot of help). Recently we brought a party of 4 and a long dark hair was on our blonde friends pizza. The waitress said sorry and replaced the slice, but GROSS! It was no big deal to her so it makes you wonder what goes on behind the scenes. Most restaurants the manager would at least come over and apologize, maybe comp. the slice. We were all disappointed that they cared so little. Update, my husband called the owner Staurt who was very apologetic, asked if we would come back. We are just to grossed out to do that. At least the owner seems to care, shame about the staff.

This place is much better than it used to be! The bar/happy hour are great. They have really good prices and specials for happy hour. The bar area is a little small, it can get crammed. But overall its really nice. The staff is great. The food here has improved over the last few years which was nice to see. This is close by where I live so I was happy that their quality has gotten better.

We have ordered food from here for over a year and a half and always enjoy the quality of the food and prompt delivery. Our favorite is the Grandmas Pizza, if you haven’t tried it yet I would definitely order it next time.

This is my go-to pizza place. They have great pizza, and the prices aren’t bad either. Staff is decent. I always leave Giuseppe’s satisfied.

Usually my husband and I love going to Giuseppe’s, but on Friday October 2, 2014 we were very disappointed. We usually sit in the bar and Mark, the bartender is wonderful. The bar was extremely crowded with a very large group of drunk individuals. The profanity and the yelling was so loud that we left after one drink and no dinner. This is a family restaurant and we were very surprised with what was happening so early in the evening. I was really looking forward to prime rib but we could not even hold a conversation. Hopefully management will see this review and not allow this type of atmosphere to happen in such a nice restaurant.

Most times the food is excellent but on occasion it’s a little off. I wish there were more consistent when it comes to that. We have a favorite server there. Good value for the money

Not your normal typical blahsey, Italian food. This actually comes with flavor and there is lots of it. But what makes this place awesome is its atmosphere. More like a restaurant in New York, it has a lot of positive energy and they don’t rob you blind like most of the restaurants in the area. You can get a good meal, along with good conversation, tv is always on at the bar(they hand you the remote!), all at a nice, wholesome price. That is what makes Giuseppe’s great!

Easily the best pizza place in New Hope. The fact that they deliver is a huge bonus and the reason we ordered from there in the first place, but the amazing food has kept us going back. Pizza is never soggy or burnt, and we have never had any mistakes. When we eat at their actual restaurant, between the bread and salad, I am usually full by the time my meal comes. I usually always get the Shrimp Scallopini(on the menu as veal Scallopini, but they always substitute it no problem) and always leave raving about it. It is my favorite meal from New Hope, far surpassing anything I have gotten from any of the trendy New Hope restaurants. I also love their minestrone and garlic bread. Their portions are generous and the prices very reasonable. If ordering for delivery on a weekend, wait time can vary between 45 min– 1 hour, so order before you’re «starving».

What a great Find! My family of 23 — 14 Adults and 9 children spent a wonderful evening on the Polar Express. Our train ended at 8:00 and we needed a place to accommodate all of us. Of course, I went on Unilocal for suggestions. A local restaurant suggested Giuseppe’s. I called in the afternoon to make reservations — the hostess said«No problem»! We arrived and our table was ready for us. The food and service was excellent. Everyone enjoyed the pizza ~ We ordered 6 kinds of pizza and everyone was delicious! This will be a yearly event for us and Giuseppe’s will be part of that memory. The only difference will be, we will be adding about 7 more people to our family.

They have a good selection(pizza, sandwiches, pasta etc) and I appreciate that they offer coupons frequently. They also deliver which is a huge plus in this area! Overall, their food is average(not bad, but certainly not great).

There is really no such thing as a BAD pizza, as we all know, but my delivery pizza last night was a little disappointing. I had the veggie pizza, and it was piled high with veggies, but very little sauce, and by very little, I mean almost none. There were a lot of pieces of broccoli stalks, and chunks of onion, and not quite ripe tomatoes. The crust was soggy and unappetizing, in fact, after the first bite, I just scraped off the topping and ate that. Normally I would have left over pizza for breakfast, but this morning it will go in the garbage. And the box somehow was smashed in delivery, so when I opened it, a lot of the cheese pulled off. I don’t think I will order delivery from this establishment again.

You know how everyone jokes about going to Ray’s pizza because there seems to be hundreds of them in NJ and NY? Well I seem to be discovering the same thing about Giuseppe’s…they’re all over the place. Ayway, THIS Giuseppe’s happens to be in New Hope, PA and has been one of our ‘stop ins’ for lunch when we trek down there to shop in New Hope and Peddler’s Village. The pizza has always been decent-not great and certainly not bad. I’ve also had a chicken parm sandwich and meatball parm sandwich I the past and they were both good. The chicken parm was a tad overdone, but plentiful and it still tasted pretty good. The meatballs weren’t bready, but were a tough under seasoned. The sauce here has always been a little bit sweet, which I don’t mind, but a little bit sweeter than I’d prefer for my Italian food. Overall, the food here is ok… not great for a guy from NJ, but I’ll keep stopping in here. The staff have always been on the ball here and service provided with a smile. Worth a stop…

This review is based on one takeout order, so doesn’t speak to the quality of visiting the establishment. This establishment has a steady clientele, which may mean service may vary. The reason for my two star review is that they give you the ability to order online and my order wasn’t started when I arrived 30 minutes later. My expectation is that any advertised medium to communicate with an establishment will work, and my needs as a consumer will be met. Thus, I recommend making an old fashioned phone call for take out or visiting the establishment in person. The food we got was decent quality that you’d expect from a Pizzaria. I had the meatball parmesan sandwich and they were OK. From my old experiences, their pizza is pretty good. I’d likely give them 3 stars if not for the ordering experience. They’re a solid Italian establishment, their prices are very good, and you get a lot for your money. Not the best in terms of flavor, but certainly hits the spot!

Probably best suited for takeout. The pizza is good. I like my pizza cheesy with a thicker crust, and that’s what you’re getting here. For entrees, the veal in a Lemon Swiss sauce is pretty fabulous, too. If you’re looking for a Friday night takeout spot, find it here. I still think Richboro Giuseppe’s takes the cake, though. However, I am perhaps biased after being raised on it! :-)
