At The Service Pavilion, our retail specialty is Arai helmets. We stock the full line of Arai helmets, as well as a vast selection of parts and accessories. Anyone looking to do business with us for an Arai helmet will be custom fitted to ensure a proper and comfortable fit.

We also specialize in motorcycle service and repair, and offer PA State Inspection while you wait. Our mechanic has 30+ years of experience. We work on most makes and models, and are also an authorized service center for Baja Motorsports products.

History

Established in 2002.

The Service Pavilion started as a traveling business, specializing in Arai helmets, parts, apparel, and accessories. In 2004, we opened our store front in New Holland, PA. We are now a full service and repair shop, but also have a retail showroom for parts, accessories, and Arai helmets. We also sell Ogio, No Fear, and PacSafe product lines.

Business Owner

Hello, and thank you for your interest in The Service Pavilion! I have been a rider, flat track racer, and fan of all things motorcycling for my entire life. I am extremely passionate about the sport and the industry. Having been a racer who suffered injuries, I am very aware of the need for proper riding gear and protection. As a result, I ended up working for Arai helmets for a brief time after my racing career ended. Eventually (in 2002) I left Arai helmets so that I could start my own business as a retailer of Arai helmets. Since then, I have traveled the U.S. setting up at many motorcycle shows and races, fitting and selling Arai helmets. In 2004, I added the motorcycle service and repair shop, where my father was hired as the head mechanic, thanks to his 30+ years of experience.

Our business is family owned and run, and I wouldn’t want it any other way. We strive to offer excellent customer service and provide knowledge and expertise on all of the products we sell.
