This company owns 229 Dwight St. With a little TLC this house could have been a lovely 19th century building on a block with otherwise fairly well kept homes, but the Off Broadway group seems to want to demolish this building by neglecting it. Recent attempts to «repair» the porch would better be described as vandalism.

Woodland Hills, CA
Slow at everything, entirely incompetent, and very rude, with borderline illegal practices. Good luck trying to get them to do any maintenance on their run-​down houses, and don’t be surprised if you end up with something different from what you thought you were renting. No big surprise that it’s not accredited by the BBB, either.
