Luxury Auto Wash & Detailing

Fabulous job! My car hasn’t looked this good since I purchased it in 2005. Owner and staff were very polite and courteous. Worth every penny and then some!

I went to get my car washed today and my car is super clean and shiny!!! I arrived there around 6:40pm, a little later than I planned to be. Jack (hope I remember correctly) said they were about to close but would do it without hesitation. (Actually I wouldn’t be surprised if he told me to come back next day). It took about 25 – 30 min and my car was soooo clean! I believe they did extra thing like rubber mat cleaning which is not included in the wash package. When it’s done, he said if I found something they missed, I could come back to ask clean it again. I’m glad I found this place through Groupon, and I’m definitely coming back when my car needs hand wash again! Totally recommend! (BTW they don’t have ‘luxury car wash’ sign that I expected, he said he is waiting for a new sign though).

I tried out this place and was very happy with how nice my car looked after it was detailed. It was very clean and shiny. Plus the guys who run the place are very nice and strive for good customer service. I will go back there again.

We took a few of our cars in for Gold Full Detailing services which included cleaning basically every little spot (full interior shampoo, rims, wheels, windows, tire dressing, hand wash, clay bar, etc). They really take their time to make sure the car looks perfect. Jack and his staff are very friendly and easy to work with. Jack goes out of his way to make sure you are absolutely satisfied and accommodates to his customers needs. My car looks and feels new! I will definitely be returning. Family and friends are also interested in going after seeing my car! Great service, great prices, great outcome.

First visit here, not bad for the price. The staff was very friendly and took their time with my car. There were some spots that were missed but overall I was pleased with the service. Definitely will be returning. Also they have a rewards program, earn points for every dollar spent!

Best car wash ever in my life. The guy really enjoy washing every car and making it look brand new. I paid about 30 bucks and get service like auto-​detailing that cost 200 bucks. Totally shocked! Amazing job!!!

Great wash, but inconsistent service. I’ve been here four times. The first two times my car came out spick and span after only a short wait. The third time was on a busy weekend, and they let me and the four or five other people in line wait for well over an hour before coming out to tell us that they were closing and would be unable to help us. This problem must have been obvious to them well in advance, and it was unconscionable that they let so many of us wait for so long without saying something. The fourth time was in the middle of the day on a Wednesday, and they were inexplicably closed. If you’re lucky and catch them at a slow time when they’re open, they’ll do a great job with your car for a pretty good price – personally, I got sick of the unpredictability and now go to A&K Auto Detailing in Hamden (on Dixwell).

Check it out! This place is the best! They spend the time with your car. Cleaning it just like you would if you had time. Attention to detail. Not just pumping them out like the machine wash. Which by the way will scratch your finish no matter what they say.
Your car will BE clean when you leave. And if they do miss a spot let them know and they will fix it immediately. Also free WiFi!

These guys did an excellent job cleaning my car, which was EXTREMELY dirty from dogs and kids. I was already pretty happy about the price with the 25% discount for ladies on Tuesday, but it was extra impressed when the guys were extremely friendly and courteous and they cleaned the outside of my car even though I hadn’t asked for an exterior cleaning. I felt good about spending my money there rather than at any other car wash, not only because they use all environmentally cleaning products, but because they are part of the APT foundation, and employ people recovering from drug abuse or mental illness.
