If I could give negative stars I would. Absolute worst practice I have ever been to. Impossible to get in touch with. You will be on hold for 15 minutes after taking to a machine, then get transferred to an answering machine. Very impersonal, doctors don’t even bother to introduce themselves. Worst service I have ever seen. They are losing patients and will be out of business soon. Wouldn’t recommend for my worst enemy.

I’ve been going to Generations for the past few years — I transferred from County ObGyn when Dr. Aversa changed practices. I’ve been to a few of their offices (the old New Haven office and Wallingford) and always have a pleasant experience. The staff are friendly, personable, and quick to answer questions. I never have to wait a long time before it’s my turn for vitals nor do I have a long wait once I’m shown into the exam room. Dr. Aversa spends time catching up on the events of your life, remembers things you’ve talked about previously, and takes your questions seriously. She’s even called me after hours to answer pressing questions I’ve had. I highly recommend any woman who needs medical care should speak with Dr. Aversa. She’s referred me to other specialists for issues outside of her realm (a new internist, endocrinologist, etc.) and always follows up to make sure things are going well.
