Good coffee, but this isn’t the place where you’d go to relax and sit down for a cup of joe. The venue is made such that patrons come in, get their coffee, and leave. The atmosphere says, get in and get out, since the place isn’t as clean as you’d imagine it ought to be, and it’s on a pretty unwelcoming corner, a frequent hang-​out spot for homeless and hoodlums. The coffee is good though… :)

I love the donuts here, and I find that they usually taste very fresh at this location. The people working here are always very friendly, and they have a good selection of donuts and other things (other locations around here often run out). It gets a little busy in the morning, but the line moves quickly.

I thought such a place couldn’t exist in New Haven. I was wrong.
I just want something very simple, that in other, less benighted cities is not so hard to find: very quick service and decent quality food in the morning.
I found it here. Hallelujah!
They were really friendly and competent and had my order ready at lightning speed. That’s all I ask for.
It was a pleasure to go here. It was as though the staff had been mysteriously teleported into town from someplace far, far away from New Haven.
I hope they live long and prosper.
