Never in my life have I been so infuriated by a business. I filed a complaint with the BBB because of these people. I gave them 3 of my shirts, each came back dirtier than when I gave to them. One shirt had pen on it. Pen, of all things. Another shirt had an oil stain. And the last had some minor dust spots. The best they did out of three shirts was make it dirtier than before. So I complained and they did my shirts over again. One shirt still had the pen stain, which I had to buff out at home myself using household solvents. Another shirt had«soap» on it, though it really just looked like a burn mark. Conclusion: Services are not provided well. Owners are mean. I corroborate with Eric G’s post.

Horrible service!!! My dry cleaning was fine before I took it in and when I got it back it was ruined. I paid $ 30 for diaper Dan to ruin my clothes. Then I called to complain and the owners wife got in a screaming match with me and hung up on me. I went down to the«Plant» in Washington Mils and I spoke with the Owner Vincent and showed him where my clothes were ruined and he tried to tell me that he didn’t do it and that it was my fault! That is great Service! Blame the Customer! If you like to pay to have your clothes ruined, go to Diaper Dan(or Diaper Vincent). If you want your clothes to be done correctly, take them to JETS Cleaners! They take ownership of their work. I also thought it was funny when I typed in Dapper Dan Dry Cleaning Reviews in Google I got alot of negative reviews: –Ruins your clothes: This store is part of chain of stores that takes your money, ruins your clothing, and than is nasty and unresponsive. I would not go to any Dapper Dan’s stores. — Yahoo — really wish I had read the awful reviews on this place before dropping off my clothes –I took my husbands shirts since the price was good. After picking up the shirts my husband said they smelled worse than they had before we dropped them off. The shirts came back smelling of body odor and having stains that did not exist before we dropped them. The odor can be best described as mildew or vinegar. Awful experience. I told them the problem and the response was that the smell must be from the starch and they cannot guarantee the smell will be gone after laundering again. Waste of time money and they damaged our Express shirts that cost at least $ 50 each –Insiderpages –If you enjoy spending alot of money, ruining your clothes, and a rude owner than this is the place for you. This was the worst dry cleaning experience that I have ever had and would never recommend this place to anyone unless you like getting rust stains from their presses on your clothes, changing the color of a shirt that has been sent to the dryer cleaner more times than I can count, wrinkles from pressing clothes unevenly or bunched up and rude hostile owners who are unwilling to resolve the situation. I have never experience this type of service or lack thereof. Would not wish this place on anyone — Inside Page DONTTAKEYOURCLOTHESHERE~!
