Driving thru. Wait staff very pleasant but slow and uninformed. Drink made initially with generic gin we had not heard of — pretty horrid!, but was replaced on asking. Walleye not well prepared, was inedible. Not recommended.

Perhaps the best (only?) fine dining restaurant in New Hampton. I had an alfredo dish here with shrimp and the meal was actually quite good. The service was not as slow as I expected because I was basing this off of my in laws who say they have no complaints about the food but in recent times the service is very slow, fortunately not in our case. I enjoyed the locally brewed beer that I had also and thought the food was good all the way around!

Had a very nice rib eye steak and a generous serving of hash brown potatoes here while in New Hampton for a meeting. The steak was good quality (ok, maybe just a little fatty). I think the hash browns were hand cut. The meal came with a side salad. I had bleu cheese dressing. Pinicon is an event facility, besides being a restaurant and bar. They have a full menu available. I have a hunch that the pork entrees (ribs or chops) were probably the best choices. But the steak was fine.
