History
Established in 2014.
Lori Stern, owner of Cow & Quince opened Lucky Dog Farm Stay with her wife in 2010. Recognizing the needs of farm stay guests and local residents alike for farm fresh, local foods and products, Lori began exploring the possibility of opening a small business in the Village of New Glarus to fill this need. Accessing their vibrant network of women in farming, also known as the «Soil Sisters», Cow & Quince opened with community support and amazing local farm products and produce in September of 2014.
