In 1992, Randall Jones opened a sanitation/refuse company. He owned and operated that business for five years before selling it to a larger company. After selling the business, he began working for it as an employee. He soon learned that a larger company does not give customers the same level of superior service or one-on-one interaction as a smaller company does. In 2006, Randy again opened a similar business but decided to focus only on the roll-off aspect of the business. Excellent customer service became his top priority.
