So disappointing! I’ve eaten here and enjoyed since they opened a few months back. I generally go twice a week or so. This past Sunday I ordered delivery and my sub roll was rock hard on the bottom. I generally don’t complain and let it go. Now today I went there to grab a sandwich and at one point I thought they had forgotten to put turkey on it! It was there but minimal. They loaded the sub with lettuce as if it was heavy, there were barely any hot peppers and I think 2 cucumbers and maybe 3 tiny tiny tomatoes. They loaded the only one end with all of the provolone and there was more mayo and avocado on the outside.
I’m really hoping this is not a trend because I will try this location one more time and then be done with it. I can go to Subway across the street and while it doesn’t taste very good it will taste better than these 2 previous experiences.
Lastly, I wrote a note on their website feedback page and went to submit and it said page could not be found. Very disappointing here!

I am only giving two stars bcYes delivery very fast. Employees are extremely nice. Even called me to tell me they were on their way. It was a great customer experience. The food on the other hand. Not worth it. Got the big vinnie and it was anything but big. Literally one slice of each meat and one slice of cheese. There was more bread than actual meat on the sand which. I would not recommend this place. I will continue to get my «quick» sandwich from subway going forward.

Great subs. Good price. And FASTEST delivery I have ever had. Avg time under 20 min. I have found my new favorite place to order from. The app is super easy to used and makes ordering great.

Fantastic. Fresh. Awesome fresh crisp veggies & quality meats & cheeses. That vinaigrette dressing is to die for & so are the cherry peppers. Yum!
I tried this place in the Midwest & it was the most awful thing I had ever seen, I didn’t even eat what I ordered via a drive through (maybe it was just that franchise in the Midwest that was awful — I should’ve figured with the pizza situation outside of NY too that subs wouldn’t be any better).
Sooo when I saw this chain popping up all over the island (one riiiiight by my house too) I figured they have to be good, to be in Staten Island, land of delis & bagel shops. If they weren’t, ONE franchise wouldn’t have made it let alone the 3? I’ve seen so far.
So out running errands I decided to try them last week because it was HOT outside & wanted something fresher than what’s walking distance in the area like the hot, greasy fast food chains & pizza places. So glad I decided to try it again!!! It was the best sandwich I had in a LONNNG time! Shocked, better than my fav deli/​lunch spot. Perfect ratio of meat/​cheese/​veggies/​dressings. Bread was excellent & fresh, so good! It was just great all around.
The inside of the place was verrry clean, cool simple décor, polite staff, fast order, good place to stop in (or order) for lunch.
Today, after having my fridge lose power over the weekend while I was away & having to toss pretty well everything in it, I was panicking what to do for dinner with a hungry hubby & toddler about to wake from a nap… Jimmy John’s! It’s close, the prices are super duper reasonable & it is GOOD! No chances to take, perfect!
I placed the order online on my phone at 4:55, NO joke… My doorbell rang at 5:03!!! How is that even possible?!? I ordered 3 sandwiches & all of them had special instructions — NOT ONE of them was wrong either! I’m in amazement!
This place is going to do a lot of business, I will definitely be ordering many times. The sheer thought of ordering something & getting it faster than I could nuke leftovers or frozen crap… Is brilliant. It’s almost magical LOL.

World’s quickest delivery and they usually come super friendly. I placed my order online and it came within 10 minutes. Fresh sandwich and the cookies are super yummy.
