Kyra Paules is a licensed and Nationally Certified massage therapist, a reiki practitioner, and a Kundalini yoga teacher in New Cumberland, PA. Kyra is highly knowledgeable about alternative medicine and spirituality. She has a strong desire to help people find peace in their daily lives.

Kyra’s aim in working with her clients is to relieve their chronic pain and to provide a break from the high-​stress, fast-​paced world. Kyra specializes in relieving different ailments from chronic restrictions, injuries, postural imbalances, and life in general — such as fibromyalgia, tension headaches, TMJ dysfunction, lower back pain, and much more.
