Established in 2009.

Gray Water Ops™ was initiated with the goal of becoming the coin industry’s leader in standards of quality, design, and customer service. Launched by common ground, GWO is 100% veteran owned. Our owner, LTC Bill «Zuter» Zutell, has served over 26 years in the military and just returned from Bagram, Afghanistan from his 12^th Combat Tour to the Middle East. Our staff consists of fighter pilots, heavy pilots, Special Ops and law enforcement personnel. We are also proud to introduce Leeann Tweeden! Leeann joined our team in October of 2011. She has done 18 USO tours in the Middle East. Our staff has integrated the same ethics, values, and standards used in our service to country, to our service to you. If you are new to ordering custom merchandise, let us assist you from start to finish. A conference call will be made between the graphics team and client to discuss design, size, and cost.
