I am a Consulting Principal for a marketing services company, a global provider of consumer insights and cross-​channel marketing programs. In this position, I deliver both strategic insight and hands-​on digital, design and direct marketing expertise on behalf of clients, enabling them to deliver high performing marketing programs and campaign return on investment.

My background is grounded in digital, direct and database marketing, with a focus on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) marketing. I am an expert in email and mobile marketing, contact strategy development and testing, marketing analytics, segmentation, data analysis and interpretation.​

I also leverage this background to develop effective, affordable websites for small business clients.
