The guys at Caliber are friendly, honest and competent. I wont go anywhere else and I bring all my cars in to them.

Great service and at a reasonable price. Had an oil change, wheel alignment, and emissions inspection. After the last company change my oil, the oil pressure notification light kept coming on. After the service from Caliber Tire, the nagging oil pressure notification light has not returned. Car runs great.

Stopped by this shop this morning to fix a flat, had a large nail in one of my tires. Very nice facility, very nice people in the front desk.
My car was up on the loft in no time getting the flat fixed.

I always loved STS, the repair service there prior to Caliber. I do not love driving however, so I thought I would give Caliber a try when they opened in that location. Jim, the manager, was so nice. The second time I went there however, while he was very nice, he told me that our car needed 2 new tires. I was not prepared to spend the money at that time, so I wanted to think about it. About a day or so later, I took the car to the dealer for an oil change. I wanted to know how much they wanted for new tires. I was shocked to hear that I did not need tires at all. This was over a year ago and my tires are still fine. So after that I decided never to use them again. I now go back to Sal, STS, in West Nyack, The honesty and good service he always gives us, is well worth the trip.

Had a blown tire and cracked rim after hitting a serious curb. I was consulting a different mechanic at the time of the accident who quoted me seemingly high prices for both parts and labor. Since all my tires were worn, I wanted all new tires along with the replacement rim. I live in the area so I gave Calber tire a call and from the get-​go Jim and his colleagues were quick to give me a quote and answer my questions on what to expect. They did the same throughout the entire process– from the availability of parts to the discovery of other mechanical issues– following up and touching base with me until the moment I got my keys back. The communication was realistic and honest and in the end I got my car back in beautiful condition. Very satisfied with my experience here.

I have had exceptional experiences with Caliber and will continue to use them mainly because of their honesty and experience. The 1^st visit was for a wheel alignment, which is checked for free. They gave me a printout stating it was fine, but 1 of my tires had a bubble in it. So they rotated them and said to buy a new tire (no pressure to buy then). The rotation made the shaking worse so they rotated them again — all for free. I sold that car but went back there with my new one. I had my coupons and Jared told me which one would be more beneficial to me. Jim, the manager was courteous and helped the other customers, even telling one he didn’t need an air filter. What honesty! Chris did my car repairs and I talked to him about some auto matters and was very knowledgable too. I really feel comfortable recommending this shop as I will always use them for my repairs. It’s very hard to find a shop that has all the right people making your car repairs an enjoyable experience.
