Supernails? There’s nothing Super about that place! The very first time I went there I waited in parking lot for half an hr for them to open, suppose to open at 9:30 they did’nt get there till 10:00. I made a 9:45 appt for my 2nd visit all to wait again till 10:05. Ridiculous! I started going to Crystal Nails, they were on time. Decided to give Supernails another chance since they are walking distance from my house, Got there at 9:30 when there supposed to open. Only one tech inside, waited for half hr and no other tech showed up. Needless to say I was ANGRY, and walked out! Never Again! Crystal Nails on N. Dupont is were I’ll be going from now on.

The service has really been going downhill over the past year(I have walked away with several cuts and there is one woman who consistently takes 2 hours for an uneven fill) but today took the cake. I stopped in a 5pm on a Saturday…2 hours before closing. The woman asked if I could come back… on Monday. Are you kidding me? There was only one other person waiting and they do have Sunday hours. I left to find a new place. They really don’t know how to treat customers who always tip well.

Poor service. Spent 3 hours to get a full set with a french manicure. Walked out with baby pink and white line. When we asked the girl to fix it, she would not speak… literally would not speak. When i told her i would pay for set but not the horrible«french manicure» she told me to leave. This is a customer service industry. I tip well and expect the services to reflect that. My 5 year old could do a better job. We went back to pike creek(we now live locally) and the salon could not believe a «professional» did the nails. I learned a valuable lesson close is not always better. I will travel 25 minutes to get my nails done RIGHT! And he was tipped 25 on a 30 fee. Your loss. Rude arrogant woman who couldn’t even communicate with her customer. I will tell everyone i know where not to go. Super nail & spa? I think not

I wish I could say positive things. I went in for a pedicure on a week day at 4:00. I waited out front for 15 minutes. Then they sat me in the pedicure chair in the back. I sat there for another 45 minutes. My water was cold by the time a technician came to help me. There was only 2 other customers and three technicians but one technician sat on her phone. Needless to say, never returning.

There’s nothing super about this nail salon. I really wanted to love it since it’s near my home and my usual nail tech is almost 30min away. I arrived today at 9:40a shortly after they opened. My pedicure went fine. Again nothing super but I’m pleased. It all went down hill when I requested a liquid gel fill. I was passed to an older lady that sits in front because the tech that did my toes doesn’t do liquid gel. The older women is the SLOWEST tech in the industry. I hoped it was because she was meticulous but I was wrong. She doesn’t know how to use the filing/buffing tool. She was very shaky and erratic with it as if she’s not used to using it. She filed and buffed the same nail for about 5min each paying way too much attention to the cuticle area. She was so choppy around the cuticle area that by the time she was done, it looked as though most of the nails had been growing out for a week! She literally took chunks of the fill out with the filing tool which left me with gaps around my cuticle. When I pointed them out to her, she said she was going to fix it. Well at this point, I’d already been in her chair for an hour and 15min! She never fixed it, she just painted over it with clear gel polish. To make matters even worst, she doesn’t know how to paint nails. She used these strange short swipes(similar to how she used the filing tool) that took forever to coat the nail, and forced her to do three coats to cover it. I also had paint all around my nail on the skin, and even just blatantly on my hands and fingers in some spots. So after an hour and 45min total, It looks like a child painted my nails. Mind u I got gel color, so it’s not like I can just take some acetone and wipe it off. What took me from frustrated and annoyed to flat out ANGRY, is that she tried to blame ME for moving too much!!! I get my nails done twice a month. I have for years. I don’t move and no one has ever did such a poor job on my nails. She also never asked me to stop moving. Why? Bc I wasn’t moving! She defended her work by pointing out another customer and saying she’s been doing her nails for ten years. It’s hard for me to believe that she’s been doing nails in general for that long! The work looks like I was her first client ever and she’s never been to school. I proceeded to show other customers and nail techs just to prove I’m not insane or blind. They agreed and one tech told me to come back so he can fix. I’m debating still. Oh n one more ridiculous thing… she tried to put lotion on my hands without me washing them or her at least wiping the mounds of dust off of them. Amateur move. I took pics when I got to the car but they look a lot worse in real life, and keep in mind this is after I washed my hands and scraped most of the paint off my hands and fingers. I can’t imagine all of the techs suck this bad there, but please for all that is good and holy, STAYAWAYFROMTHEOLDERLADY in the 2nd table to the right when u walk in.

Great place to get a pedicure. Prices are reasonable and the staff do a great job. Best to come on off hours(avoid weekend) to get the best service at that time.

This is the only place I will go in all of DE to get my nails done, and I have done my research. If my guy isn’t in, I don’t go. He does an awesome job, gel polish lasts a month or more. I get compliments on my nails even when it’s time to get them done again.
