He cut my toe by the nail & made it bleed during pedicure. Did the same when doing my fingernails (did not apologize either time). Each fingernail was shaped differently & he somehow got GEL nail polish on my finger pads & did nothing to remove it. To say I was furious is putting it mildly. I will NOT be going back there again!
