My first experience here, in ‘08, was great. The replacement OEM recommended tires on my Civic lasted 100,000 mi. The second time, in ‘11, I got the same model tires, and followed the rotation, alignment, balance program just as before. Apparently the quality of alignment has deteriorated, and these tires need replacement now, at 80,000 mi. The service manager I used to deal with passed away. The one I dealt with most recently recommended replacement of my front struts. In fact, those struts were and still are AOK. I’ll be buying my next tires someplace else.
