I had a great moving experience with this company. I called on Thursday and they moved my bedroom set from NJ to DE first thing Friday morning. Other moving companies were telling me that they couldn’t do a delivery job for 2 to 3 weeks. Move Crew was incredibly responsive and professional. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I agree with all 1star rating comments. I also had bad experience working with this company. They cancelled on me at the last moment and I had to uhaul my self at the very last minute. I was told that they don’t have resources for me, which was surprising at the last minute. They try to allocate resources where there is maximum profit. My job was only few hundred dollars and not much profitable for them. I didn’t have lot of stuff so I could manage with my friends and relatives. I would not recommend them to others with this experience.

I should have listened to all the others who wrote reviews about their horrible experience. I guess thinking my experience would be different, I don’t know. I’ll try to make a long story short. I called asking when or if they would be available to move a few things from a storage unit, no rush. Originally spoke with them at 10am said they would be available around 3 and would call me. 4pm comes around no call, no nothing. I’m more so upset that they wasted my time when I could have had someone else do the job. Poor way to run a business.

Move Crew was great! I had stuffed moved from Wilmington to NYC and I was actually surprised how ahead of time they were! I did not have a lot of stuff but no move in NYC is an easy one but this move seemed pretty seamless and very reasonable cost wise! Thanks again Move Crew for making this such a easy move!

First off the review below is a 100% genuine & authentic review about this firm. I can provide enough evidences to prove it so if the owner tries to say this review isn’t real or something, do contact me & I would be happy to provide all the emails, pics etc.
Owner will never call back or respond to your emails AFTER the move. No payments for damages will ever be made, even though he claims he will pay me.
My case, I have moved in the last 4 years at least thrice & I have had a bad & a good experience both before with other movers. My usual movers couldn’t accommodate me this time for date clash, so I used these & had everything in an email (writing) before the move. They made all false promises in the beginning that they wrap stuff nicely with blankets then they shrink wrap it & what not, but the truth is they didn’t even had a packaging tape when they arrived. When I asked about my stuff’s safety «JUST» a couple of times he said I know my job & I have been doing this. Well the truth of the moment is during this move, which was a two day inter-​state move, they broke my complete crockery, not just one set but complete, which was first packed in a packaging paper & then bubble wrapped & then put under the box & another layer of bubble wrap within the box. Scratches to my furniture & when I asked one of the movers while they started moving me in, he said all of them were there from beginning, well there were some & both the owner & I had taken pictures but the mover (emp of them as he told me and was wearing the shirt too, so no agents here as other reviews) was not ready to listen & started yelling at me that there are already scratches & what difference does it make if you got more, well it does coz the new ones were v deep scratches. Still I was generous & gave each of the moving guys a tip of $ 100 each as they had picked up my sofa from the store on the way.
The scratches on my music systems woofer (which orig costed me $ 850) are so bad that I wish I can upload a picture & it looks as if someone has used a key/​sharp object to scratch it continuously at one place for hours. They just «DUMPED» everything in the living room & fled.
Also they try to trick me with an old trick, like I said I have had it before, the moving guy asked for more money BEFORE they would start unloading & when I showed them the email between me & George, he said do you see George here?, its we now & whatever you & George discussed is not important. But I got around this one.
These guys were not at all professional so do it on ur own risk, I gave them $ 300 more than the other quote I had-​only coz these had reviews & the other did not. I so wish I should have gone with the other ones atleast would have saved $ 300 if not ath else.
You still owe me money George, you should have some respect for what you promise and when you say you will refund the damages, you MUST do it.
If you want to save yourself from a bad, unprofessional & ALL-​damaged move then stay away is my sincere advice. I can go on & on with so many other things but no space & time. I won’t recommend them at all. MAY be there are good for local but I just saw another local move’s bad review too so act wisely. Oh there was a good part as well — I was asked to write a good review for them lol

A terrible moving experience! After loading the truck they drove away with two items sitting there unloaded. We had to call them to come back for them. The next day they arrived at our new location 5 hours late and took 6 hours to unload a two bedroom apartment, finally finishing up at 2 am. In the process they broke one piece of furniture and severely damaged 4 pieces of wood furniture, none of which were wrapped or covered in the van or on the hand truck. In addition, they stacked boxes marked «Fragile» under heavy items and all boxes were turned upside down either on the truck or while unloading. Finally, we discovered many of our belongings (clothing and business files) on the floor of the truck and in the street.
When we mentioned the damages and carelessness to Leonard and Floyd, the crew who unpacked the truck, they refused to take responsibility and were unapologetic. We reported all this to George, who assured us he would take care of the damages. Five days later we have heard nothing despite repeated emails to him. The cost of repairing the damaged furniture will be more than the move itself. Finally, we can’t even get them to send us a receipt.

Unprofessional, lazy moving company. I was really disappointed in my experience with this company and will never use this them or refer them to anyone. Thank God I only used them to unload my apartment into a truck and not for the entire move. Nevertheless, they packed the truck poorly, the lead mover had the worst attitude ever… didn’t even say thank you after he was paid and tipped (which I now regret doing), they were reluctant to wrap anything and after doing so, did a poor job. I mean I could go on and on but just trust and believe that you should find some other movers. Maybe George should have supervised this move as the movers that were sent to my place were meh. Email

George and his team arrived promptly as agreed and got right to work. They carefully wrapped my belongings and worked well as a team packing and loading the truck. I had a TON of stuff, and the team remained friendly and pleasant even as we crested the 12 hour mark. We dealt with issues like a refrigerator not fitting into a doorway in a city house, which should have been nerve racking, but the team split up and two of them worked that issue while two others continued unloading the truck. My mother was present for my move and firmly declared that there was no way my king sized mattress was going to fit up the stairs… And I’m happily lying on it now as I write this review. Sheena, the owners wife, checked in throughout the day to ensure things went smoothly. The Move Crew had a pleasant, efficient team at a fair price. Thanks for a smooth transaction.

We moved our stuff from wilmington de to somerset nj. It was a rainy day but crew was on time, packed and moved the stuff without any delay. The service came at a reasonable cost as well.

Six months later and I’m STILL waiting on my refund. According to the «satisfaction guarantee policy».
Don’t waste you time or money folks!
