Stayed here overnight for a work conference on site the followingotning. Solid hotel, moderate sized rooms, comfy beds with fluffy pillows and big towels, very clean.
The front desk check-in staff was polite.
The complimentary breakfast bar was impressive and included scrambled eggs, sausage patties, bacon, yogurt, make your own hot waffles, potatoes, fruit, cereal, pastries, cereal, and more.
It’s on the level of a Best Western or Holiday Inn.
No complaints, I slept like a baby.

Its an ok hotel if you need an inexpensive place to stay for a day (but no more than that). Its right off of 13, so you will see a lot of truck drivers here at night. Expect no flair here, expect a clean room with a moderately uncomfortable bed and a standard free breakfast buffet. The night staff is very unorganized and cannot multitask, the person there during my stay was very abrasive and could not answer simple questions or tasks without getting (and looking/acting) frustrated (i.e. huffing breath, walking away quickly). My stay here was brief, thank goodness, I will never return here but come if you dare.

We stayed here on our way through the area and overall were pleased with our stay. We booked the king suite but as it turns out it’s just adjoining rooms with a sofa in one and bed in the other, from the pictures online my wife expected a large tub but we had a standard tub in one bathroom and a large shower in the other. Both the individual who checked us in and our room service delivery person were friendly and helpful. The restaurant here offered a good value in food. Wings were meaty and cooked perfectly, sauce was a little thin but spicy. My wife had the shrimp po boy with well executed remoulade.
Overall a little dated, but we would stay here again if back in the area.

Ok this is not a 3 star hotel. More like a 2.5. However I am giving it 3 stars because it was clean, the beds are very comfortable, the breakfast in the morning was decent. When we first walked in the room, it had a stale smell but once you put on the air conditioning the smell goes away. All in all if I was in the area I would stay there again due to price.

This hotel is a dump. The front desk staff is no help at all. To top things off you can get a view of the highway or the cemetery. Stay away much nicer better priced hotels in the area.

One word… Gross!
Myself and three coworkers stayed here one night because it was the closest hotel to our client & best rate. Upon walking into my room I pulled out the computer chair that had white marks of who knows what and popcorn kernels in it. The other sitting chair in the room I didn’t even inspect because it was so old ratty and dirty looking I didn’t want to get any closer. Then I go to jump in the shower and I find a hair on the wall… And this was my first time showering so it definitely wasn’t mine. And, if that all wasn’t enough my tv remote didn’t work and when I did try it is was sticky which totally grossed me out.
Then there’s one of my coworkers who first walked into his room that «smelled of urine» so he had to switch rooms which he said «atleast it didn’t smell like urine».
AND THEN the restaurant attached. There was one poor girl running the whole show so it took her well over 15 minutes to even say hi to us at the bar– the food was mediocre but we were hungry and it was late.
Needless to say we cancelled the rest of our stay and moved to the Sheraton.
My one star is only for the girl working the front desk when we checked in and the guy working when we checked out because they were both super friendly!

looked to be a rather shoddy motellish side of town but quite regal’ish looking upon driving down the grand driveway and entrance, staff seemed friendly enough. guess its close to the airport n highway, has quite an old luxe feel to it, felt like I was somewhere foreign. Was good enough for my favorite singer n his crew so wudevs :)))

I needed a place to lay my head after a long trip. I noticed Unilocal had a 20% off check in coupon which the gentle man who checked us in said they did not accept (I will touch back on that). I was a bit hesitant about the entire hotel not being smoke free but there was no trace of cigarette odor. Check in was quick and I was in my room in no time. I turned on the heat and it smelt like burning hair… ick. The shower had some hairs left in it but the rest of the room was clean.
The staff was very accommodating other then the first gentleman’s lack of knowledge of the companies coupons in circulation. Breakfast was included with an array of choices, delish! .
While checking out I asked the clerk about the coupon again (saving 25 bucks is worth asking twice) he hadn’t seen it but said I’m sure my manager has. Off he went and found the answer I was looking for, they do accept it =)
If I’m ever in DE again I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again.

This location has a motel/hotel feel to it. Check in was easy, the staff was very accommodating, even in the middle of the night. There was evidence of mold in the shower and in the ice machine but I’m sure someone will probably take care of it soon. It was overall clean, with a very comfortable bed and many pillows. The place is right of I-295 and easy to find thanks to the signage! I was there only one night on a business trip but would definitely stay at this location again. Minus 1 star for the mold and the cost ($ 130 for the night).

Dirty room. Staff was not very friendly. I think the housekeeper sat down to have a snack after she made the bed. They also charged me three times for one stay and had to call to clear it up.

This is our first time staying in this hotel, only for one night, so far. good, overall clean, has all the essential, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer. It’s right next to a big road, we thought it’s going to be noisy, suprisingly it’s not, we were able to sleep very good (I have a 4 yo).

Stayed 2 nights. Room was clean, staff was friendly.
I was a little creeped out by the lady down the hall from me, but that wasn’t the hotels fault that she decided to keep all of her possessions in the hall way over night.

Well, I’m lying in a king size bed, firm mattress with down/feather pillows heavenly. Clean white sheet, white light down comforter… even smells so fresh!
