This is your standard franchise chain with okay food at okay prices. The problem with this location is the service. If you’re a regular there and they know you, you get fawning service and attention. If not, you get precious little. We have been here once and will never go back. Our server, when she finally did come to the table, sneered at us and asked«What do you’ns want?» She wrote it down and that was the last time we saw her. When we were finished with our food, we sat there forever waiting on our check. Finally someone who was apparently a manager noticed us and at long last brought our bill, slapped it on the table, asked if we wanted dessert(a little late I’d say), and laughingly told us our server had gone home for the day. Yeah, ha ha ha ha ha. Really funny. I’m sure she chuckled and guffawed when she noticed the complete lack of a tip, something I have only ever done once before in my life. Never again.

The have a broad assortment of breakfast items available. If you order a menu selection with an option of specialty breakfast bread choices, try the seasonal pumpkin bread(or cinnamon coffee). It went well with the omelet. Enjoy!

I love this place. Their breakfast is always good. They could work on their deep fried foods though, especially their french fries. Someone needs to set the time appropriately because they ALWAYS over fry them. I’ll give you that 4th star Bob Evans of New Castle if you fix this issue permanently. I have never ordered french fries there that I have not had to toss in the trash.
