K&G Fashion Superstore New Carrollton, MD is your local discount retailer. We offer up to 60% off department store prices on brand-name men’s, women’s and kids’ clothing, footwear and accessories.
They have a wide variety! But the customer service is poor! Stand in line forever and the cashier kept walking away… When we were finally taken care off, she didn’t take the security tag off…

If you are looking for the place to get your clothes tailored, PLEASEGOTOTHE K&G NEWCARROLLTONSTORE! I started taking my custom jackets there in November. And they have been my go to shop ever since! The head tailor there(Tien) is AMAZING!!! She has since tailored 7 jackets and tow suits for me, with more items on the way! The good thing about them too is that you can take them items that you didn’t purchase from K&G. When I found that out, I started bringing every piece I had to them, and now they have me looking like Harvey Specter! Trust me, it is WELLWORTHYOURMONEY to have your clothing fit you perfectly. And K&G in New Carrollton is the ONLY place I’ll take my garments. If you go, you will not be sorry…

Not the best customer service in the world but a decent selection nonetheless. The suit prices aren’t bad even if the alteration prices could use some work. Don’t expect a lot of attention at this store, and the check out line will be slow. If you’re in a hurry come back another time. They’ve got a pretty good collection of cut away and wide collar dress shirts though… You should check it out if only just for that reason.

The alteration shop in the rear of K&G New Carrollton store has high prices for poor customer service. The owner, a short Asian man exemplified the worst customer service I have seen in years. My alteration was not ready when it was promised so he asked me to wait. I explained to him that this was my 2nd visit that day because at the 1st visit the alteration was improperly done. I requested restitution because of such inconvenience. He ignored me, then argued with me for several minutes, said he’d give me money out of his pocket, took it out and never gave me a refund or discount, yelled at the foreign lady that worked for him in front of me who said my alteration was ready for pick up, and was rude. His customer service is a reflection of his company’s alteration abilities… TERRIBLE

Every year they remind me why I come only once a year, horrible customer service, and racist mentality. Employees are slowful and don’t care that you are there. Please do yourself a favor and only endorse this place if it’s your last hope like I did.

Worst experience ever. Sub standard quality and ZERO customer service. I guess if you want to be ghetto-fabulous, this is your store. Avoid at all cost!

I used to love K&G, but perhaps that was because I lived in Atlanta and that location is pretty popular. Now I just like K&G. This location is on Riverdale Rd in New Carrolton, which was easy to drive to but I have no idea if you could even metro here. They have a free parking lot. I still like to come here and get watches, dress shoes, tuxedos and tux accessories. I’m no longer a fan of the suits, shirts, and ties. Many of the ties and shirts now seem too Steve Harvey, sunday baptist church revival flashy for me, and not really suitable for business needs. I also feel like the suits are extremely thin. I think I have loose leaf paper thicker than many of the pants for the suits. I think that now explains the low pricing. I actually got suits that were much nicer, fit better, and didn’t have to be tailored at JC Penney for the exact same price. As I said, this is still my go to place for tuxes, shoes, etc. Customer service here is average, not bad but not great. The store is kept pretty clean to have such a large inventory. It’s worth making this the first stop in suit shopping, then going other places, then doubling back to get anything left.

Best Kept Secret In Men’s Clothing I don’t know how this store manages to sell so many nice suits and clothing for such cheap prices… I quite frankly I don’t really care. I now get all my business and formal ware from K&G. These suits are cheap in price but not in quality. I’m talking about cotton and wool suits that’ll last you for awhile for really low prices. If I see a nice suit I’m interested in buying somewhere else, I usually have them to hold it for me and see if K&G has it or something close for a lower price. They have yet to fail me.
