If there was 0 I would give zero for this place… I would never ever recommend this place to buy or even look at it… They deliver my furniture after 15 days of what they promise… There was lot of scratch on my sofa… They promise refund when I bought and when I actually wanted to return one of the item I bought they refused to do so… Horrible horrible place…

If I could I would give this store negative stars! They sales people are LIARS AND CROOKS! DeAndre was our sales guy. He told us he would give us the best deal on the couch set that we choose & we would have it in 2 weeks so I put down a deposit to hold the price. On the contract it stated I had 7 days to change my mind and get a full refund. Within the next few days I received a paper in the mail from Regency Furniture with the exact same couches for $ 200.00 cheaper. I called Cozi and was told that the manager wasn’t available to speak to me bc he was with a customer. Over the next few days I continued to try to reach the manager without success. On the 7^th day I rushed over to Cozi after work and picking up my small child and arrived 5 minutes before closing. I saw my sales guy DeAndre standing outside so I showed him the ad in the paper and he took it to the manager to see if he would be willing to do a price match. When DeAndre returned he said they had just called Regency and spoke with their manager and they said they did not have that couch set for the rate on the ad and they could not do a price match bc the paper did not have a date on it. He handed the ad back to me folded up. When the manager came out I attempted to speak to him and he brushed me off stating he was off and to come back tomorrow. So I left and once I got home I unfolded the ad that was given back to me and it was the WRONG AD! They had replaced my ad with an old Regency ad that they had.
The next morning I called my husband to meet me at Cozi. I stopped at Regency on New Hampshire Ave and spoke with Victor. He stated they did have that furniture set for the rate in the ad, provided me with the ad to take to Cozi and guaranteed delivery in 4 days. When My husband and I took the ad bk up there and showed it to the Manager with the dates highlighted and asked for a refund and was denied! he agreed to do the price match. He also apologized for brushing me off the night before and blamed it on the fact he had been drinking and did not want me to smell the alcohol on his breath. We paid the remaining balance and was told by DeAndre that we would have our couches by Christmas then left. That was 12÷5÷15.
After I did not receive my couches by Christmas I went to the store and spoke with the Manager and for the inconvenience he through in free delivery… that calmed me down bc that would save us a trip to pick it up. He also promised my couches would be to me by 01÷12÷16 no later that 01÷14÷16. Today is 01÷14÷16 and still no couches. My husband and I just left the store requesting a refund and they are refusing.
These people are FRAUDS! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. They will tell you anything to make a sale! They do not care about meeting deadlines or being honest. And after I paid off the furniture my sales guy was didn’t even acknowledge me or my husband when we came back to the store. We had just moved into our new place and wanted all new furniture that we planned to get from Cozi. We went elsewhere and have received everything except our couches! Smdh

Although I was initially excited to find furniture that I could get with custom upholstery at a decent price and was completely shocked when the furniture showed up in the short time frame that they said it would, this company has several questionable business practices.
The big thing that I’ve witnessed first– and second-​hand is how they lie to customers. When I called to find out about my furniture, the one person said that it had already been received from the manufacturer. I was confused why they would be holding onto it in their local warehouse if they already had it. That was because they didn’t have it. When the delivery guys came a week later, they said it had arrived the day before.
The quality was not superb, but okay for the price that I paid. The manager told me that the brand name of the furniture was X, which is on their website, but the brand name written on the receipt (and the actual company who manufactured it) was a very similar sounding Y.
I only received a handwritten receipt when I paid for the furniture and ordered it. I got no paperwork when it was delivered, and I asked about the extra warranty that I’d purchased on the upholstery. I got no less than 3 different stories at 3 different times inquiring about how/​when I’d receive the warranty in writing. More than 4 months later, I still have not received any written information about the warranty, and now they tell me that if I need to actually use the warranty, I have to go through the store and call them first. Like I ever want to deal with the store again?
You cannot trust these people. And they don’t seem to care.

Horrible Customer Service! DO NOT ORDER FURNITURE FROM THIS PLACE!
It has been over two months since I ordered my furniture and still have not received it. I’ve been given several false delivery dates and I’m beyond frustrated at this point. Save yourself the trouble and order furniture elsewhere.

Appalling service. We paid in advance for three sets of bedroom furniture to arrive before the movers came, making it clear that we needed it by a certain date. Cozi assured us that it would be delivered on-​time, but the delivery truck repeatedly failed to show. We wasted three entire days waiting for delivery trucks that never arrived.
One of the customer service people, Brandi, tried to be helpful, but a more senior person with decision-​making authority spoke poor English and faulted us for not understanding him.
When I asked him to deliver the furniture as it arrived at the warehouse, he made it clear that the company is too cheap to make more than one delivery to the same customer. Then he told me that Brandi was «just trying to keep the customer happy» by giving delivery dates and times that never materialized. Taking things to the manager did no good, either — his word is worthless.

Keep postponing our furniture delivery date, and kept telling us we owed more money. They’re a bunch of crooks!!!

This place is NOT worth it. I bought my bedroom furniture here and it took them 2 months to get it delivered after several delivery times that they gave and no one showed. It’s a wonder how they are still open. The furniture is pretty but not worth the trouble or the quality.

Worst place to get furniture. Do not bother. They will not help you with your selection nor will they help you with any probelms that come up with your order.

They took my furniture out of the box before moving it into my building. They hit the furiture against a water pipe and put scratches all over it. They tried to cover it up with a marker. Calls to fix or replace the furniture have been ignored. I got the Better Business Bureau involved and they ignored the Better Business Bureau, which I guess is why they got an F rating from the BBB.

Do NOT order from this company.
Like many others, I ordered a Groupon in December and went in in late October and ordered two leather dining room chairs. I was told my chairs would arrive in 4 – 6 weeks, and after 10 weeks of waiting, I called them before Christmas and they told me not to expect the chairs to arrive.
I went in on the 28^th to reselect as Aaron from the store told me to do and when I arrived, he was nothing but unhelpful. I was told that there were no other similar chairs at the price point I had ordered my origional chairs at. He showed me many books of furniture, but could not offer me any of the chairs within $ 40 per chair of what I had ordered the original chairs at.
This was particularly frustrating because when they had a website back when the Groupon was offered, other chairs were available at the same price point. He disagreed that this was the case, and it seemed like he was just quoting random prices at me and he refused to work with me at all. After 45 minutes of him talking in circles and not helping me, he refunded my money and told me to just get my money back from Groupon because he could not help.
This was not only some of the worst customer service I have ever received, but I did not even end up getting the furniture I ordred in the first place. It was an awful experience and I highly recommend not buying from them.

Beware! Do not waste your time and money at this place. Selection is horrible, prices are insane for what you are getting, and the service is the worst. I made the mistake of buying the groupon and I hope you didn’t! Not worth the gas it takes you to get there!

BEWARE!!! I think we all probably know this company from the groupon that went up a couple days ago. I looked online at their prices, which were fabulous, and had my sights set on a dining table for 253 dollars. Perfect right? (Because we got 250 dollars for 45 on groupon). So, 2 days after you can actually USE the groupon (you have to wait until the buying is closed to use it) we go into the store. I tell them I found the perfect table online, we look it up– it’s 353 dollars. I said «I thought this was 253 dollars?» He says «it was probably the Columbus Day Sale we had that ended yesterday.» I say «why wasn’t it marked online as a sale?» He says «we don’t mark our sales online.» I say «when’s the next sale?» He says «I don’t know.»
Basically guys, we’ve been duped. All furniture has been marked up 100 – 200 dollars more than what we saw on the website when we purchased the deal. DO NOT waste your gas driving out there, request your money back from Groupon. Both my friend and I have already and you should as well. I will also mention that they’re terrible with customer service– the guy that was «helping» us was obviously high and the other gentleman was in the middle of a screaming match with a lady about the guaranteed price he had given her that he was changing. I felt extremely taken advantage of and was really upset the entire ride home. Thank god I didn’t waste much gas or much of my night, hopefully you’ll read this before you do too!
