C&H Automotive and Towing specializes in automotive service and repair. We offer towing, road service and flat tire repair. We provide tire, wheel balancing and alignment utilizing the Hunter Alignment systems. Oil service and factory maintenance are our specialty. Our experienced technicians have the ability to diagnose and repair the latest computerized autos. In addition to auto repair and service, C&H is one of the few full service gasoline stations around! We will check your fluids, tires lights all while you wait. We sell premium Gulf gasoline and diesel.

History

Established in 1975.

C&H Automotive, formally New Canaan Chevron, has been a local long standing icon in the automotive business since the mid seventies. Steve Gaeta the current owner purchased the business in 1990 and renamed the company C&H Automotive and Towing. Since then C&H Auto has been flying the Gulf Oil flag. Steve Gaeta along with his dedicated crew has been carrying on the long standing tradition of automotive, towing and gasoline sales and service for almost a Quarter century.

Fresh out of Technical School, Steve Gaeta rolled his tool box in the door of what was formally known as New Canaan Chevron. In two short years his ambitions were much greater. Seeing the opportunity he quickly purchased the business and made it his home. C&H Automotive and Towing will quickly become a repair shop of the future. Fresh out of college Steve put the technical and business skills to work the very first day. The automotive field is constantly changing, the first objective was to update our computer and information system, called Alldata. Long hours and late nights finally began to pay off. Today Steve Gaeta and his team bring to the table a highly skilled and tech savvy auto repair center New Canaan has come to love.
