Ryan has worked for some of the best globally, national and regional real estate offices over his 14 years in real estate and in 2014 Ryan was approached by Shore Sotheby’s Int’l Realty to be a part of their expanding presence in the Southwestern Michigan area and the rest is history. Ryan J Servatius has been in Real Estate for 14+ years and is a full time full service Associate Broker who holds designations in Accredited Buyers Rep, e-PRO (Internet Savvy agent), Graduated Realtor Institute, Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, Resort and Second Property Specialist (National Association of Realtors Committee member and speaker). Ryan also has chaired the Education committee for the Southwestern Michigan Association of Realtors and has sat as Chairman of the South Haven Township Planning Committee.
Ryan has a vast knowledge of the regional zoning, building, lending, values requirements up and down our beautiful shoreline of Lake Michigan, or as he refers to it, Big Blue.
