Rutgers Auto Body & Service

Based on the other recommendations here, I decided to give Rutgers Auto Body a try and was thrilled with the service. Someone had hit my bumper in a parking lot without leaving a note so I have been driving around with an unsightly dent for months. I stopped by without an appointment and Mario was more than willing to help me out on the spot, getting the dent out in a couple of minutes. Given that there are a few cracks that can’t be fixed, he also gave me a quote on a new bumper less than half what it would cost at a dealer!

I had a similar experience to Anne Marie’s. I had some scratches on the right bumper and headlight, no dents. I called Mario and he told me to bring it in even though it was after hours. When I arrived, he took one look at it said he could fix it, and to bring it back the next morning. The next day I dropped off the car and needed to pick up my other car, so he drove me all the way down to Princeton so I could pick it up. He also blended the paint and fixed the scratches charging me a small fee. Mario is an honest, kind, and fair man who really helped me out in a jam.

When a business provides above average service, and in this case, over-​the-​top service, I want to report it!
I drove my car into Rutgers Auto Body and was greeted right away by a friendly man who happened to be the shop owner himself, Mario. He took a look at my car and told me he could fix it. He not only fixed it, but was able to fix it while I waited. This was a custom job too because I had a broken piece, a dent and some scrapes. He happened to have the broken piece there at the shop too! The process took under two hours. His price was incredible too — I felt like there must be a mistake, it was so reasonable. The job itself was flawless –perfection. I was so happy!
I recommend this place highly. Everyone is very nice here.
