History

Established in 1984.

The Perfect Affair, Inc. was founded by Karen Fallo to assist in the planning and production of social events.

The Company then branched off into Corporate Meetings, incentives and other functions in 1987 with the launching of Perfect Productions.

Over the years The Perfect Affair has expanded into 7 other divisions including Luxury Travel and Vacations — for all corporate and Leisure travel needs. Perfectly Packaged, gifts and baskets and the newest division the Perfect Palate — Full Service Fine Catering.

Elissa F.

Business Owner

Elissa Fallo, attended Northeastern University in Boston. Here, she majored in Law and Legal Studies, honing her abilities to work with others and gaining a passion for details.

After graduating, Elissa moved south, to work for the Walt Disney World Company in Orlando, Florida. Where she earned awards such as the Partners in Excellence, Disney’s highest service recognition award, The Golden Whistle Award for Guest Relations, and commendations from Guests such as Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen, Ray Romano and Diana Ross.

Elissa is also a one-​woman travel encyclopedia, holding Specialist certifications

She has 14 industry awards for her events, and was recognized in 2005 by the Hartford Business Journal as one of the Top forty business people under 40.
