Bottom line: tricky and expensive, horrible car work, and bad attitude… Do yourself a favor, and stay away of this place, please. It was my worst experience ever as far as the work that has been done on my car, and also the worst customer service, and treatment. I got an estimate, and that’s how much I signed for to give the permission to work on my car repairs. $ 1500 was added to the estimate without notifying me !! the car was finally delivered after 4 days, and hours of negotiations on the phone with them, and the insurance company. the paint is not even, and some of the door filler was popping out !! I called an investigator from the insurance company to see the car, and we will go from there.

Dropped my car off to have the bumper repaired on my 2015 Kia with 18k mi. When i picked it up and started to roll out of the parking space i could instantly tell something was wrong. I made it around the front of the building, stopped, got out, looked at my passenger front tire to find a 3⁄8 body bolt sticking out of the tire tread. I turned around and parked the car. They offered to plug the tire but that was all.
I brought my brand new car to Lammetrys because i thought it would be safe there. Now i have a tire with a plug in it. All i wanted was my car back the way i left it with them.
