We are just north of the Twin Cities in New Brighton. Our community is ideally positioned near parks, churches and retail. We offer multiple levels of care and allow seniors to move from one option to another as needed. Most leases are month to month.

Meadwood Shores Senior Apartments offer a variety of luxury apartment homes. Cats/​small dogs welcome.

Brightondale Assisted Living has 24-​hour personal care tailored to the needs of each resident. These, plans are designed to encourage independence at all levels while providing support needed to live in a private apartment.

Reflections Memory Care, a secured neighborhood with a specially-​trained staff, provides a positive alternative for seniors who need specialized care related to memory loss or Alzheimer’s.

Life Care Management by LifeSprk (formerly AgeWell Home Care), a unique, holistic model of care that goes beyond health services, helps residents at all SilverCrest Properties by providing support enabling senior adults to maintain their independence and emotional well-​being. Brightondale Senior Community offers Respite/​short-​term ²⁴⁄₇ personal assistance.
