The employee, «Josh» is rude? He was rude to an employee,(which I captured a good part of it on video) and to someone on the phone as well. He was rude to me twice on the phone when I called the store. I made a complaint; I had to call the Forum Sprint store to get a phone number to make my complaint today 01/​02/​2015. I do hope I get a callback.

This place is ridiculous. I’ve been here twenty minutes and have yet to be acknowledged. The two employees are repeatedly apologizing to their customers for the promises made by other employees. I’m next in line to be greeted and then lied to.
