3⁄28 After my last post I received a call from a rep of Jack Brown. They seemed very sincere and apologetic and even offered me a discount. I never followed through it being the holiday season and still ticked off. Anyways, we decided to try them again tonight since we were in the area. Bad idea, Nothing has changed! They refused one of my items because it had a little bit of pet hair on the hem and refused another item because we pointed out a small tea stain. I honestly was baffled. It was hardly noticeable but they just wouldn’t take it. What is the point of taking your clothes to a business that claims it will clean your clothes if all they really what to do it spray some chemicals and iron it. I’ve been coming here for quite sometime(since they opened.) I drive over 15 minutes(Seguin) to bring my stuff here. Really liked the staff and they always seemed to do a good job except for my last two visits. 10⁄6 — they over charged me for two items and mislabeled a shirt as a dress which costs twice as much. They refused to credit back. I left frustrated but whatever. It was a new girl working and I imagine she didn’t understand the procedures yet. 11⁄25 — Our cat has been sick and had a reaction to his meds and vomited on a blanket(that is dry clean only) and needed to be hospitalized. We cleaned and soaked the blanket at home and removed the vomit. All that was left was a slight discoloration and dampness in a section the size of a small bowl. Took it into be dry cleaned(dry clean only remember and we’ve done this many times before) the same girl as before refused to take it citing that it «might smell». Really? We cleaned the worse part and what good is a dry cleaner if they don’t actually ever what to clean anything and only ever want to press it. Her advice to us was to clean the area and then bring it back… Um we did… Basically, I’m back on the hunt for a new dry cleaner. Tl Dr … Dry cleaner over charged me once and then refused to take a blanket I’ve had cleaned there twice. Don’t take your stuff here unless it is already pristine and only needs to be pressed and hung on a cheap hanger.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. They lost 6 items of my clothing — 3 sweaters, 2 dresses and a skirt — with no explanation. Nobody in the store could tell me where my clothes went. The store manager was not helpful and the regional manager was rude, nasty and completely unprofessional. From now on I will be taking my business to a locally owned store where they can keep track of their customer’s clothing and/or take responsibility when they’ve lost them.

DONOTGOHERE! They lost my girlfriend’s clothes. And then blamed us. We spoke with the lady who works at the store. She was nice, and tried to find the clothes. Thought they might have been misplaced. Ultimately she could not help us. Spoke with her boss(store manager), who also works at the store. He was okay. Not nice but not rude. Also could /would not help us. Spoke with his boss(the regional manager) who works at another store in San Antonio. She was very rude. Not helpful at all. She accused us of picking up the clothes and then either forgetting about it or lying to them. We never got the clothes! DONOTGIVETHEMYOURBUSINESS!
