Established in 2010.

AtOmic Cycles Bike Shop opened for business on September 1, 2010… we are intent on always being a «Bike Shop» and probably to only being in one location, which is downtown, in New Bern, NC.

As AtOmic Cycles is a «Cyclists’/Rider’s Shop», Tom is a Cyclist and has been for 20+ years… in his «other life» he was a Sales Rep & Regional Manager for a number of high-​end Contract Furniture Manufacturers. His travels in those roles gave him the opportunity to Ride and Experience many different areas of the Country and also meet all types of riders/​cyclists/​athletes. He has a passion for bringing Quality Bikes, Equipment, Services, Knowledge and Retail Experiences (and just a touch of «competitive desire»!) to AtOmic Cycles’ customers and friends.
