New Generation Learning Center Inc

My daughter went here for about 3 months. We were referred & told it was a great place. Rochelle, the owner, is very very sweet. However, the rest of the staff is where we had our problems. There were 2 teachers in the baby room and 1 was nice but the other one was SO rude. She gave us dirty looks and attitude every day. We really did not like her and neither did our daughter who is normally not shy and very friendly. Then at pick up she was always in another persons care in a different classroom. I never really understood this. She was at daycare from 8:30−5 which seemed like normal enough hours to me but they never had at least 1 of her teachers stay that whole time they just gave her to someone else. Because she was bounced to different classes at the end of the day she was often playing in the corner by herself. Again, my daughter is very friendly and will play with kids she doesn’t know so for her to be behaving like this was unlike her. We were also threatened that she would be kicked out because she had bitten a kid and a teacher. She’s a toddler who isn’t speaking yet. Thats totally normal…
Anyways, we took her to another center that is the same price, they provide better food, and she absolutely loves it. Her first day we went to pick her up and she didn’t run to us like she did at New Generation she wanted to stay.
