Helium Trampoline & Climbing Park

My 7 year old Autistic son LOVES it but I am more worried with all the kiddos in there that they are going to have a head on collision and bonk heads, but that is just the mom in me. I love seeing him jump and have so much fun. I wish it would wear him out as much as it wears me out.

Since the yearly pass expired we do not go.
There was abuse or fraud with the yearly pass system so they are not offering it anymore. As far as fraud, it’s unfair to punish the good members.
What about creating an id with a photo, which the member must have to enter. That would solve the fraud issue for the yearly pass members.
My son really misses going there. But we cannot afford it now.
They are hopefully coming out with another savings program. Hopefully it will be similar to the yearly pass.

My family celebrated my son’s 11^th birthday & we had a good time. The party host was very attentive to all of the guest. It was a nice crowd there but it was well organized & the kids loved it. They prefer helium over skyzone due to the other atttactions. I would highly reccomend coming here.

This place used to be great. But somewhere along the line they got greedy…
Rather than charging a little more for jumping, like every other place geared towards families they’ve decided to go with the nickel and dime approach.
A long time ago, the entire place and all features were included with admission save a few electronic games. Now, there’s all sorts of «token only» attractions. And really? $ 10 to roll in a human hamster ball for 15 minutes? If you’re going to go the nickel and dime route, be reasonable. For my entire family to experience that «attraction» I’d have to drop a Benjamin.
In the past, this place would have garnered 4 or 5 stars… Now it’s only a good place to go if you enjoy hearing your children beg for tokens and money.

Great idea, but poorly run. You pay for it by the hour and the teenagers that work there work in slow motion and have no idea what customer service is or what’s going on around them. The five kids I took there thought Skyzone was much better.

Had a blast here. Wish they had an adult only night, if they do and I don’t know sorry. Lot of little kids makes you nervous. But wow a lot of fun, what a workout! Sucks they don’t have a foam pit anymore, one of the reasons I went. The hamster ball was a blast. The lockers suck though, hard to get locked and open, if you wanna grab something you have to pay another 50¢ every time you open it.

Had a great time at tot time on a Sunday morning. Pretty crowded but plenty of space to jump for the little ones. Definitely affordable. Too bad adults can’t jump during tot time but I totally understand. There were some kids that seemed too old. Fun family activity for an hour.

Had a blast with my stepdaughter! Whoever says that jumping on a trampoline is for kids only must be severely repressed as it is a blast, not including the fact that it is an amazing work out and I definitely broke some sweat. I am 33 and will be definitely coming back :) A little intimidating at first-​the place is very large and filled with jumpers of all ages. After a while you get adjusted and majority of people respect each other’s boundaries-​there is enough space for everyone. There is also a climbing wall, which I suggest before trampolining as your body will feel like it was its made of jello after you bounce for a while. Unfortunately the foam pit was closed until March 1^st, otherwise I am sure that is also a pretty fun venture.

Bought a Groupon for my boyfriend and I to use for something fun and different to do. Great deal! When we arrived my boyfriend was afraid we would look creepy being in our late 20’s at what looked to be a kids place. It wasn’t creepy at all! We arrived right when they opened at 3:30pm. We had the entire place to ourselves! It was perfect. They had the foam pit out of service due to maintenance but they offer rock climbing, a hamster ball and dodgeball! This adult will be going back!

Brought my son and his friends here for teen night on 6÷28÷14. It was a group of 8 at $ 16 each from 9pm-​11pm and a free slice of pizza for each kid. They all had a great time!
Atmosphere:
Pretty much looks like a warehouse with floors that are trampolines. They have 2 basketball hoops, a foam pit, and a dodgeball room. There are stairs that lead to a 2^nd floor where you can see the whole jumping. A rock climbing wall was a huge plus. The music is loud and the wifi very spotty.
Food:
Pizza, chips, nachos, popcorn, etc just typical concessions. Nothing spectacular.
Price:
Price of food is pretty steep. $ 16 for 3 hours of jumping and a slice of pizza is not bad!
Overall it’s a great place to bring your teen. I would not recommend bringing little kids as there are many bigger teenagers and it is easy to bump into others while jumping. So I your over protectant of your little kids I recommend going to chuckecheeses as Helium employees do not supervise or keep track of kids.

Great place to have fun with your kids.

The one star is for my kid. We hosted his 6^th birthday party for him and 10 of his friends here and he had a blast, as did his friends. I, on the other hand, the one responsible for paying the bill, was EXTREMELY disappointed.
We were greeted by an apathetic teenage girl who obviously had no interest in being there. She gave us very little direction as to what the plan was. (Ex: «ok, now we all meet back here at this time», or «here’s where your things will be», or «the bathrooms and water fountains are over here») Nothing. She told us nothing. She wrote down the kids names but I have no idea for what because she certainly didn’t keep track of anything.
We had to wait in the main room until the minute the clock ticked 2pm (the time of our party) and then the kids were turned loose. Literally. Turned loose. Now, we had eight 5 – 6 year olds and 3 younger children and there is absolutely NO way to keep them together. A lot of the parents left their children there to pick up after the party at 4pm. I wrongly «assumed» that this place had SOME kind of control or system in place so that none of the kids (or, ummm. kidnappers?!!) could waltz in out the door. I was sooooo wrong. They leave the MAIN door literally propped open with a rock and everyone, I mean EVERYONE, can come and go as they please. My friend came with her 3 children and as she was chasing two of them around her 3 year old ran outside, only to be seen by her through the window!!! When I talked to the very young manager she couldn’t have cared less. She kind of made me feel like «well, i’m not in charge of your kids», which is true. But had I known, how little it was supervised I would have booked elsewhere.
Our host apparently wrote down the names of the kids and which gift they brought the birthday boy, but I never saw it. I had a hard time leaving a 20% gratuity when I honestly feel like she did a horrible job. I even cleaned up much of the dirty cake plates, napkins, etc.
The rock wall is cool… If there is someone from YOUR party supervising and helping the children you came with or are hosting. At one time there can be 8 kids climbing but only one person from Helium helping. That means that there is usually multiple stray kids just hanging there waiting for the Helium helper to get him/​her down. I MIGHT take our kids here just to bounce, but probably not, but I absolutely would NOT book another party. For $ 200 I was expecting MUCH more than a few large trampolines and a picnic table in a noisy room. I highly recommend booking your party elsewhere.

Love this place! If you have a young child (under age 5), try Tot Time on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. It’s really inexpensive and not as busy as during «open gym» times. Plus adults jump free with a child’s admission. We always have fun — adults and kids alike — when we visit.

Go to Sky Zone. This place does have a climbing wall, but they don’t have any adult supervision for the teenagers running the place. There are a few responsible kids working there, but there are WAY more that just can’t be bothered by the safety if the young ones playing. We had high hopes, but were terribly disappointed.

I like the idea of it and the kids had alot of fun. There were two problems I found: 1) the party seating area was too small and 2) the BIGGEST problem was there was no security at the facility. No staff by the doors checked that kids weren’t able to walk in or out unattended nor was there any identity bracelet or other system in place to ensure no one walked off with a kid that didn’t belong to them. There was always a large group of people standing right in front of the doorway because that’s where the check in desk is. It’s chaotic and crowded; the perfect scene for a potential kidnapping. For that reason alone, I won’t be letting my kids attend another party here.

They definitely over sell the place, making it hard for the kids to find a place to jump. Long line for the rock climbing. Probably better in the off hours…

Let me be clear, I am a «grown up» with a college degree. I have a full-​time job, live on my own, pay all of my own bills and recently purchased my first vehicle. By all accounts, I am what most consider a responsible adult.
When I stepped into the doors of Helium, however, that all vanished. Growing up, children dream of becoming their favorite superhero or taking the place of their favorite professional athlete; and they stare up at the infinite sky, wondering how enthralling gravity-​free weightlessness must feel like for astronauts.
(Okay, so maybe I just described my own childhood.)
Helium gives you the chance to experience all of the above. You can put on the shoes of Superman and «leap tall buildings,» become «Like Mike» and throw down a monstrous dunk, and you can spring into open air, performing all kinds of flips and tricks, before falling into the cushy nothingness that is Helium’s foam pit.
Hyperbole aside, I am in my mid-​20s and recently checked out Helium for the first time. I felt like a kid, and I loved every second of it. It’s cheap (about $ 10 for 60 minutes), accessible, burns a boat load of calories, and is a great place to spend the afternoon/​evening with visiting family and friends. I mean, really, it’s an entire gymnasium dedicated to making you bounce!
Is it perfect? No. You are required to sign a safety injury/​liability waiver, for obvious reasons; there is always risk of injury, as with any physical activity. Also, the hygiene of those around does enter your frame of thought as you free-​fall face-​first into the gigantic foam pit. But for a chance to spend hours on end in a sea of coiled springs and elasticity, it’s a sacrifice I’m willing to make.
Oh, and by the way — they have a pretty neat rock climbing wall.

My friends and I were really bored and wanted to do something different than the usual. We were hesitant at first because we weren’t sure if there would be many other adults using the trampolines. There were a ton of kids but there were some older teens/​adults as well.
It’s inexpensive to buy a 90 minute session. And that is totally enough time. We had so much fun jumping and running around on the trampolines. To our surprise, we were so exhausted and out f breathe from jumping around.
I recommend trying this if you’re looking for something different. Plus, you get a great exercise.

This place is awesome! I had seen parks like this on TV a few back and glad we had one come to the area. Great place for kids of all ages and so much fun for parties too.
I would give it a solid 5 stars but there is the question of safety. There seems to be no designated areas for different ages so you have small children bouncing around with adults, recipe for disaster in my opinion. All it takes is someone falling on a little one — Ouch!
I recommend if you can to go about 4pm on a weekday when it’s a bit more emptied out. You have the run of the place and it’s really nice. We were there on a Friday night once for a party — whole different atmosphere and very crowded.
I love the concept. I love the huge area and spacious sections. Great second story lookout for parents to hang out. Staff is attentive and it is very clean.
So cool — a must try!
