I recently had a HUGE spike in my rates due to a very MINOR accident I had last year.
Christy came to the rescue.
Not only was she efficient and fast in responding — I could tell she actually cared! Better yet, she found me a really great deal.
I also liked that I was able to do everything via e-​mail. In a time when we are all «too busy», it was very convenient.
