Ideal Limo

My company used ideal limo to transport us to our holiday party at venus de milo. The owner was able to accommodate us with everything we were looking for! Our limo driver Chip arrived early and was very friendly and accommodating. The limo was stylish, up to date and spotless! Plenty of room for the amount of girls we had and very affordable. Chip helped us set up our own music to play in the limo and gave us his number just in case we needed him to come at an earlier time. Great customer service and will definitely use ideal limo again!

I had made a reservation with Ideal Limo the week prior to the Marathon bombings for a night out for a family members birthday in the Back Bay of Boston. As a law enforcement officer, I was called in for the shootings in Cambridge and Waltham. Ideal Limo refused to provide a refund and stated that a $ 200 charge would be kept for their inconvenience to the driver and company. How about the inconvenience to the family of Sean Collier and all the residents in Boston placed on the necessary lockdown. This clearly showed a poor business practice, greed and absolute disrespect for all those involved that week. I hope others will read this and not give them their business. Thousands of Boston area companies lost business that day out of a city wide order. Shame on Ideal.

My experience with Ideal Limo was absolutely amazing for my best friend’s bachelorette. Doug was great with booking and they have excellent prices, with everything included! He was so kind and willing to make any adjustments needed. Our driver Chip was just as great. He was very nice and willing to do whatever we wanted. I HIGHLY recommend Ideal Limo!
