I’ve taken my dog and cat here over 10 times and had no problems. Last visit I asked for my cats tail to be trimmed and he came home with his bone exposed. His tail had to be partially amputated and the vet bill was $ 200, plus the $ 45 it was to get him groomed! I used to love this place but they won’t take responsibility for cutting my cats tail. Owner was extremely rude. They are careless and I’m not the only person who’s pet was injured from them. Honestly try some where else.

Today was my first experience at Love My Pet and I couldn’t have been more pleased. I brought in a very, very stubborn dog to get her nails clipped and the girls working handled her with great care AND got the job done — which is impressive with how much my dog fought them.
I give so much credit to the friendly and professional staff at Love My Pet. I definitely felt like they «loved my pet» as much as I do and took very good care of her. I will definitely be back. A huge thank you to your awesome staff! :)

I take my dog here twice a year he always gets the best treatment. They have self service baths for when he’s rolling around in the mud and needs a quick cleaning.
