A cute new little yoga studio right on the water. I met the owner of the studio a few months ago at a yoga event, and it turned out she practiced at my current studio. And now she opened up her own.
It is on the upper level and kind of winds around a little bit but should be easy to find. It’s covered by windows and it just felt peaceful. The money spot in the studio is the one right in front of the check in. You get the sun beaming down on you AND the cool AC blowing cool air during a vigorous practice.
