History
Established in 2012.
Little Camille’s was started as a carry out pizzeria. And catering company called Culinary Expressions Catering. Once we started the carry out business we said to our selves this pizza needs to be in a restaurant and so the search began. Three years later Little Camille’s By The Bay was Born!

Mark Miller has Been in the culinary business for over thirty years.
He has worked in hotels and restaurants around Michigan.
Having the passion to serve fresh food and local food he was the Chef of the Mt Clemens Farmers Market where he taught people in the market how to use farm fresh products and eat fresh.
