I would leave 0 stars if I could. Made an appointment with Terry for my daughter’s ears to be pierced. I showed up for our appointment and he wasn’t even there. Another employee did not even seem to care that we were there and had been scheduled and then forgotten. All I was told was Terry is out of town. Well, then why would he schedule my daughter, tell us where to get the earrings, all the details, and then leave? He could have at least called to reschedule. My daughter is very upset, as am I. I asked to speak with the manager… Oh guess what? It’s Terry. I then asked to speak with the owner and he was gone for the day. I left my number. Maybe he’ll get back to me, maybe not. But word-of-mouth is a powerful thing. They need to make this right.

I went here today just to get a simple tattoo on my wrist. My artist was John and I was completely satisfied with my experience. He was friendly, funny and very thorough with all my take home instructions. The guys at the shop were super friendly and didn’t make me feel awkward or uncomfortable at all. Great place!

I went here yesterday to get my nose pierced. I was super nervous and Terry could tell. He was so polite and caring. He counseled me through the whole visit even while he was doing the piercing. He was very sincere. I was referred to him by multiple people, and I can see why. THANKSTERRY! YOUAREAWESOME!

I went in for a basic 5th hole piercing. Terry is wonderful. He has an eye for perfection and was very informative on how to care for the piercing. He even gave me instructions on how to heal an old piercing.

My seven year old daughter has been asking for over a year to have her ears pierced. I didn’t like the idea of having them done at some store at a mall. I’ve heard great things about getting kids ears priced at a tattoo parlor; they have the best equipment, cleanest environment, safest techniques. She was not made to feel uncomfortable at all and was treated very respectfully. While waiting on our appointment there was a movie on the television that I probably wouldn’t want her watching, but a tattoo parlor isn’t exactly designed for seven year olds so I never would have even considered saying anything about it, but an employee quietly changed the channel to gymnastics(it was a pretty funny considering the environment). I made an appointment with Terry. I asked a fair amount of questions on the phone and it didn’t phase him a bit. Even offered for me to come in and explain the process. He doesn’t keep stock of any studs that a young girl might prefer so we opted for him to pick up a cute pair in preparation of her appointment. Greatly appreciated customer service!(We could have brought our own titanium jewelry if desired.) He was super professional and very compassionate with my daughter; took extreme care in cleanliness and hygienic procedures. He explained what he was doing, why he was doing it and how to care for it extremely well. I would recommend Terry to anyone. (They require children under 12 to make an appointment and bring a birth certificate.)

I recently had my nose pierced here, by Terry. He was informative, polite, and super professional. He eased any anxieties I was having and did an amazing, quick and painless job! I definitely recommend going here for any and all of your piercing needs.

BIG mistake going here for my tattoo. From the beginning, there were red flags warning me to cancel the appointment. To start, I had to change my original appointment date and when I called to do so, it turned out I wasn’t even in the appointment books. Okay, strike one dismissed. Strike two, some rude receptionist calls to ask me what I’m having done, that there is no description of my tattoo. Okay… hopefully the tattoo artist knows. Well apparently he didn’t, because when I showed up for my appointment, he didn’t even have the references I previously discussed and left with him. Strike three, and biggest one of all– he assured me no problem that he could do what I was asking for. My mistake was that I trusted him, after all, he was the«artist.» When you cannot do a certain style of tattooing that someone is asking of you, or you think you cannot do it exactly how they want, shouldn’t you be honest and let them know it’s not the style that you’re best at??? Wouldn’t you perhaps refer them to someone else at the shop that could more accurately achieve the style the customer wants? One would think, however this was not the case. Early into the session, my reference picture that the artist was using to do my tattoo fell on the floor, and he just left it there… don’t you think you kind of need that to do the tattoo??? About half way through the tattoo I could tell it wasn’t what I really wanted, but I felt it was too late at that point… I figured maybe once it was complete that it would look good. At the end of the session, I looked down, and it was NOT what I asked or wanted him to do. Very disappointed, and now I have to spend more money to get more work done to it from another shop so they can fix it and make it look somewhat similar to what i originally wanted. Simple advice I can give– only go to a shop that you were referred to by someone else who had good work done there. Also, be as thorough as possible in your research and selection of tattoo artist, ask many questions, check out portfolios, speak up, and be as specific as possible. It’s your tattoo, and your body. Tattoo’s are permanent and so are the lessons I learned from this experience.
