At 8pm, it took forever to get through the drive-​thru, then they left one item out of my order. The food was also cold. When I tried calling to tell them about it, I never got an answer and no called several times. I can say the customer service usually always make up for their lack of accuracy.

I wouldn’t come to this McDonald’s if you are in a hurry. Inside service isn’t horrible, but you won’t get your food in the drive thru in less than 15 minutes at least. Also, a gamble if your food will even be right.

If you want late night business (after 1AM) then don’t go to cash only. You are in a prime college area where most have cards only. This has really pissed me off twice already. I actually thought the first time was just an issue with your system. But nope, you just actually think that advertising «open late» means that we have cash. PLEASE wake up to the fact that I don’t want some goofy girl telling me that I need to pull forward to tell her my order and then produce cash to order a Big Mac. There’s a Taco Bell and an Arby’s too close to me to care much longer if you can’t meet my late night needs.
