I took my four wheeler there for a couple different reason to get fixed. I called the first time, left a voicemail to see about there rates and if they were busy. Took them 2 days to call me back. They said they are busy and would take a week to get to it. Knowing that I took my 4 wheeler there to get worked on because I heard good things about them. A week goes by and I haven’t received a phone called. I called them and they said we haven’t touched it yet, I was ok cause they let me know they were a week out. I went on vacation a whole week the next week I never received a phone call that week. I got back in town and I called them, STILL HASNT BEEN TOUCHED. i go up there and see what’s going on the next day and nothing still not done. Its wasn’t till about week three when they finally did something. Long story short. They had my 4 wheeler for over a month, no calls ever from them and if you want to get a hold of them might just want to go up there cause they won’t ever call you back or pick up the phone. The only progress that was made, is me having to buy a head cause they broke it, a cover for my crab because they lost it, some bolts messing off my stator cover, and they weren’t going to tell me about any of it. They wanted me to pay them 250 for cleaning a crab (that they lost a cover on) and putting a bolt on my exhaust (the one that broke my head) because they choose to extract a bolt to big. I will not ever use them again for anything again.

Took my weedeater in for repair and Scott was able to fix it quickly. Service was great and Scott was very pleasant to do business with. I will return if I have any other small engine repair needs.

I am 77 yrs old and recently had open heart surgery…
My wife and I had a string trimmer repaired and the cost for repair seemed a little high, but I decided to have Scott repair my starter rope on my $ 150 push mower. That was THE ONLY PROBLEM WITH MY MOWER! Scott quoted me $ 35 for the repair. Within the week I received a call from Scott informing me that he would repair the starter rope problem…
But that there were other problems… and if I wanted my mower running properly that with my Seniors discount it
Would cost me in total $ 88.00. I felt that that was a high
Cost for a $ 150 lawnmower, but with my recent health problems I told him to repair it. During this time I suffered a bad fall and could not pick up my mower for more than a month. On November 1 2014 my wife and I picked up the
lawnmower… I first paid the $ 88.00 on my debit card… I then requested that they start the mower… and they could not after numerous pulls. They took the mower back into the shop
where they worked on it. TheY finally got it to sputter and start… they brought my mower back and had me try to start it… It took several tries to get it to start, but my mower
sounded very erratic. I questioned Scott and he said that my
mower needed carburetor work at an additional expense!
THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY MOWER… IT WAS RUNNING FINE
UNTIL I BROKE MY STARTER ROPE… AND NOW I HAVE PAID SCOTT
$ 88.00 FOR NOTHING! I PICKED UP MY BROKEN MOWER… VOWING TO SCOTT THAT HE WOULD NEVER GET ANYMORE BUSINESS FROM ME OR
ANYONE I KNEW! I do not know how such a business can exist?

AGAINST THIS BUSINESS. MY MOWER IS NOW USELESS AND WILL BE
TAKEN TO THE JUNK YARD. SCOTT GOT VERY UPSET AND WAS SHOUTING SOMETHING AS I WAS LEAVING.
