Before becoming a successful business owner Frank worked as a mechanic for Volkswagen, Chrysler, privately owned shops and the township of Randolph NJ. Frank’s desire to become the owner and operator of his own business started with an idea to bring his knowledge and expertise to the community.

Very well said to the previous poster. I too, unfortunately had a similar experience.
Steer clear! These guys will rip you off. First off they are a family of hack repairers who tried to scam me with inflated repair costs and then held my vehicle hostage when I refused to pay when they didn’t do the work. Frank the owner allowed his idiot son Mike to verbally accost me when I inquired to see what needed to be repaired. Mike has no clue how to communicate and clearly has no sense. His inflated cost for repair was obviously a means to have me pay for his holiday gifts and apparent pending divorse according to his daddy Frank. No doubt his demeanor is a contributing factor in his failed marriage. These guys are asses! Don’t waste your time, your money or your safety. Go to a real shop where they know what they’re doing and how to treat paying customers

Family owned and operated, the guys at Alternative Automotive in Netcong are the best. You won’t find anyone more honest than Frank and his two sons. Their workmanship is top notch. I wouldn’t trust my cars with anyone else.
