Neptune Transmission and Auto Repair

I just want my Community to be AWARE! I had my transmission done about 2 years ago maybe less by A-​1 Transmission on Lake Ave & 35 in Neptune, NJ. It broke down about 8 month’s later which was in the warranty period so I took it back to them. The owner Sammy called me stating that he removed it and that the radiator had cracked and ran into and mixed with the transmission fluid which cause all the fittings to come a loose. Now of course this wasn’t under the warranty. So he gave me a price of almost $ 2’000.00 I didn’t believe him so I went to another shop and asked and was told on some models it can happen. So I left make truck there. I finally came up with the funds and go back to get it. Mind you I had 4 new tires on it when it was towed in, I now have 4 mix matched tires, the exhaust wasn’t with the truck, my transmission was completely gone, I decided to take it to another shop because I just was disgusted with how he did me. I take it to ALL SHORE TRANSMISSION I go back to Sammy at A-​1 and ask for my exhaust, my trans, he gives me a rusted trans & an exhaust that he say’s is for my truck another piece also for the truck. Anyway the Owner at all shore after repairing the truck informed me that my 2003 Explorer RADIATOR WASN’T CRANKED NOR DID IT CONNECT TO MY TRANSMISSION SO IN ESSENCE SAMMY THE OWNER OF A-​1 TRANSMISSION IN NEPTUNE IS A LIAR and AN UNHONORABLE BUSINESS MAN who didn’t HONOR his businesses WARRANTY and TRY to EXTORT more MONEY out of a CUSTOMER. USING LIES & DECEITFUL BUSINESS practices by putting transmission fluid in my transmission after taking it apart to trick me into believing his lie! PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS MAN AND HIS UN-​ETHICAL WAYS!!!

Don’t go here. The guy will rip you off, not install what you pay for and not fix anything if it breaks a minute after he «fixes» it. I went here probably 7 or 8 times for repairs and each time I was disappointed. Stay away from here.
