I called to schedule a vehicle inspection that my new insurance company required. The guy that answered the phone had no idea where they had placed the paperwork to complete an inspection but would call me once report/​paperwork is found. They called me the next day and I went in for the inspection. I wish I would have called another of the recommended sites!
The environment in the store is hostile and unprofessional. They talk to each other in a very disrespectful manner. But at this point, I’m already there, I need the inspection, and there is a deadline. After waiting for them to figure out who knows how to fill out the report a young man emerges takes photos of my car and fills out the report.
Two weeks later my insurance calls that they have NOT received the inspection report and will be canceling my collision insurance until the report is submitted. I call Galaxy and the rude man on the other end tells me «its not their problem» and they have no record of it to re-​submit. Can you imagine my anxiety! He had no concern or worries that their mistake can cause a client to loose their collision insurance temporally. Made no effort to help me correct this. Long story short, I ended up having to go to another site to re-​do my inspection.
I DO NOT recommend this store to anybody for any of their services especially the vehicle inspection.

Went here to see if can use my boyfriend’s old work phone with virgin mobile it’s a Verizon iphone 6. The guy tells us no it’s lock and he would offer us $ 125 for it cause he would only use it for parts. «RIGHT SURE PARTS» GET THE F OUT OF HERE SERIOUSLY. so of course we keep the phone. I do research and turns out all iPhones are unlock and yes we couldn’t use it with virgin mobile but we can use it with t-​mobile. BOOM! ! We made the switch at another store. Screw u ass wipe. Im so sorry that we even purchased anything from this low life piece of SHIT!!!
