This is not the first time this Dunkin Donuts has messed up my order. this may sound petty. but…anyway I went to the drive thru and ordered 3 shots of turbo over ice with 2 sweet and lows… so that should be 1 espresso with 2 turbo shots added. (l have been ordering this drink daily at multiple locations before. including this one) and charged me for 2 espressos and one turbo shot. which made my drink 50Cents more expensive… when l asked to change the bill… the barista (actually a dude) was EXREMELY NASTY. I asked for my money back .which l got .with a few more choice words… very poor DnD… expect a call for the manager, jerks.

Ok so, this was my first time at dunkin donuts. I’m from Los Angeles. I feel like when you hear that as a cashier, you should try to make it the best experience for the customer.
Katrina (the waitress) was ruuuude! I mean, she WAS working alone, but that shouldn’t give you the right to shush me…
Anywhos, food was good. Customer Service was ridiculous.
