Such a great place! Food is AMAZING and people are so nice. Had them cater our Christmas Eve party and EVERYONE raved about the food. Would HIGHLY recommend them for a quick bite or to cater your next event. You definitely won’t be disappointed!

Food is average. And overpriced in my opinion. Had three orders of wings and two pizzas for over $ 67. Must say the cheesesteak pizza is very good though. Good deals on lunch too.

This place is an absolute go to, whether you’re in the mood for authentic Italian entrees, pizza, or a sub, you won’t be disappointed. The mussels are probably the freshest and most flavourful I’ve had anywhere. Extremely reasonably priced for the quality of the food!

Such a great little place. Everyone there is so nice and pleasant and the food is great. Everything tastes so fresh and authentic. The sauce they prepare is real tomato sauce, real tomatoes… period. A great variety of different pizza slices and countless dishes that are prepared in no-​time at all. The price of the food is very reasonable. It’s so relaxing and comfortable, my wife and I will go and sit for hours as if we’re home. If you’re in the mood for great Italian food don’t pass this place by if you’re in the area!

This is a great little pizza place. The pizza is better than any in the area. The salads and dinners are fantastic and have great taste. Always friendly service and the prices are excellent. Very convenient location and they also deliver.

HOLY MOTHER OF GOD… I went there after reading everyone’s opinions since I live like a mile away. So I went in and didn’t even look at the menu. I said to the incredibly gorgeous woman behind the counter. «make me what you would want to take home tonight». After they went back and forth in Italian I knew that was a good sign. I love that stuff. So I get home and it’s ravioli in a white sauce with mushrooms and Prosciutto… to friggin’ die for… sorry Bruno’s found my new home…

I was very pleased with my short but super satisfying dinner at La Lupa Di Roma. This experience was a luck of the draw. My family and I were in need of a super «quick» dinner before our reservations on the Miss Belmar Princess, and we all had a craving for PIZZA. This happened to be a stop on the way and I regret it NOT ONE BIT.
The slices were presented in a beautiful manner and there was such a selection to choose from, all looking delicious and more importantly, FRESH. I have worked in the pizzeria business before and I can easily identify a pizza that was baked within the past hour to one that was baked hours ago.
I chose to have the chicken caesar salad slice because it was DIFFERENT and not something I could get at any pizzeria in my hometown. It was so friggin delicious. You would think that the lettuce would wilt when they heated it but it didn’t. The ratio of chicken to salad was ideal and the amount of caesar dressing was just right. I recommend this slice to ANYONE that walks through this pizzerias door.
In addition I also tried their dollar garlic knots. I know a dollar seems a bit pricy for JUST ONE garlic knot, but they are larger than norm. It was soft and doughy and cheesy and oh so garlicky.
The staff were very nice and attentive, and the environment was clean and welcoming (these are definitely factors that are really important to me).
While sitting in the restaurant chomping on my meal I saw they offer weekly lunch specials that seem very reasonable. Next time I am in the area I will definitely go out of my way to return to this restaurant.

One of the best Italian restaurants at the shore. We are locals and thrilled we finally tried this place. It doesn’t look like much but obviously some talent lives inside. Their food is excellent, reasonably priced, and they deliver. My wife is Italian and snobby about Italian food and she loves this place. Their bread is fresh and hot, garlic rolls are KILLER. Penne vodka was really good and they even have zeppoles. My only gripe was the lasagna, it came so hot that when I opened the tray, it was just a pool of cheese, sauce, pasta strips, and meat. There are other great Italian restaurants in the area but WAY overpriced. This is definitely your best bet!

We came to visit family who had recently moved to Neptune, NJ, and wanted to have good Italian food before we left. I looked on Unilocal for suggestions and read numerous positive reviews, so we gave it a try
The result is another very positive review. Not only are the owners (who are from Rome) absolutely lovely, but the food was fabulous. I strongly recommend trying this restaurant. You won’t be sorry!

This food is amazing !!! My fiancé and I stop here at least once a week. We get the build your own wraps and get a «fat sandwich «delicious, fresh and affordable !! Def our favorite dinner spot

so. So. So. Good. If you want delicious food and perfectly cooked pasta, come here. Because this is the place you wouldn’t look at twice. But you should now. Stop in and enjoy one great meal!

My wife and I stopped off in at this little gem this past weekend. Disquised as an unassuming pizzeria, La Lupa served up some of the best pasta dishes I’ve had down the shore in a long time. Fresh ingredients, cooked simply is what Italian cooking is all about and La Lupa delivers in spades. No, it’s not Raos or Del Posto, it’s just a pizzeria, but one I will visit often. Kudos to Chef Salvador and owner Anna for the food, the conversation and the love. Molto grazie!

Best garlic knots I have ever had. They are a dollar each but well worth it in size. The pizza is on pace with its competitors in the area such as the Cracker Barrel and Bruno’s but here they have a great lunch special everyday from 2 – 4 $ 1.00 slices. They have better specialty pies as well much better than the other two.

We have been ordering delivery at least once a week since they opened! Always polite always fast and always right. Their bread is amazing! The lunch specials are the greatest deal and the food is delicious! We order out at work everyday so we know a lot about take out and this place ranks high! Welcome to the neighborhood!

5 stars on a regular day. 10 stars when they have fresh apple turnovers. Wow they are amazing. If you pop in and they happen to have them out, do yourself a favor and buy them all! This place has great food and the people there are so nice and helpful. I highly recommend either for a slice or for dinner.

My new favorite pizza! The sauce is very flavorful and the crust has been consistent after a few visits. Not a thin crust but not overly thick crust just the way I prefer it.
Still need to try other dishes but well worth a try if ordering out.

Great, consistent food ! Customer service was good, attentive. I had the sausage pie and as always it was fantastic. The sauce is very flavorful but does not overpower the taste of the fresh cheese and crust. I’ve had the veal parm and it was surprisingly very good as well. Nice portion size and very tender. The homemade garlic knots are addicting especially with marinara sauce. Overall it’s definitely a place worth checking out. The food constantly tastes the same which is a big plus. The atmosphere is like your average small town pizza shop. The husband and wife owners are very friendly and fun to talk to. Overall A+++

So good! You have to try the garlic knot — buttery and garlic-​y but not overbearing. My new favorite!
